He took the time to walk me through multiple models, clearly explained the differences, and patiently showed me features without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Dana really knows the product line and made sure I understood what would best fit my needs, which made the decision process enjoyable and stress-free. I also worked closely with Colt Brown, the Sales Manager, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Colt was competitive right out of the gate and worked with me on pricing across two different models I was considering. What really stood out was how well he listened to my concerns, answered questions honestly, and focused on finding the right solution instead of just pushing a sale. That level of attention and customer care is exactly what you want from a sales manager. During the process, Benny Black, the General Manager, stepped in for Colt a couple of times and was just as impressive. Benny worked with me on the very aggressive price I came in with on the 3515 and helped make that deal happen. Between Benny and Colt, they both went above and beyond to make sure I got an exceptional price and felt confident in the final numbers. I wrapped up the purchase with Kross Blakley, and the finance process was refreshingly smooth. Kross was open, transparent, and took the time to answer all my questions about additional warranties without any pressure whatsoever. He made everything quick, easy, and painless--exactly how financing should be. Over the course of this RV purchase, I've become a very shrewd buyer, and I can honestly say that Fun Town RV in Fate, Texas exceeded my expectations. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford, and with complete confidence that I made a great purchase. What a mess!! From the day I paid cash for this boat anchor in May to today. It has been inhabitable from the very first minute it was set up in May. The canopy broke off one side when I first put it out, the stab jacks in the rear stopped half way down, the entire power system in the camper went down and the solar would not even charge the battery. After not hearing back for MONTHS, I called and Bobby told me it was still waiting for the warranty approval. Fast forward another month and I called and Bobby said, "You didn't get a text? Your camper is all done." So, I head out there and they bring around my camper to hook up. As I was hooking up, I noticed more things wrong than when I came in so I walked around the camper. Nothing had been done except the stab jacks!!! And it had additional damage from sitting on the lot so long!! Now you know why you cannot call this place directly. The GM of the store admitted he has no power to make this right. Edit: Now the regional manager, Cody Stone, has avoided this issue since the beginning. read more

We purchased a used 2020 38' from Keith at Rockwell location. We are in WA. So everything was done over text/online pictures & phone calls. Keith was great. Very communicative and informative, as we've never owned an RV. The ladies that answered the phone were also friendly and professional. Who knows how this dealership is.. you certainly can't get anyone on the phone and don't even bother trying to get the service department to pick up! I have tried five times to call to make a service appointment. The corporate phone answering service could not even get thru. YOUR PHONE SERVICE SUCKS.. I imagine the rest of your services follow suit. I tried today to call about a new rv on the lot.. once again corporate phone service could not get anyone. What a joke. Get a new real receptionist and take your calls and maybe you will actually sell something. read more

we have bought 4 RVs from fun town because there prices are hard to beat but the service department is terrible seems we have been lied to all the time not fixed correctly always waiting on parts. next rv we buy we need need to more research and find a better company with lot better service I would not recommend them and I would never buy another rv from fun town.
