He has ignored calls, canceled calls, and ghosted us multiple times. Initially he came out inspected the RV and located the problem. We agreed on payment and a time frame. After he got my money that time frame kept getting pushed back. One excuse after another...the truck broke, they ordered the wrong part, its raining, blah blah blah. We were patient enough and gave him a final date, because we won't be in Texas anymore. He agreed that if it wasn't fixed by that time then he will give us a refund. That time has come and past. I still have a broken water heater and I'm out nearly 500 dollars. He started to ghost us until we stated that we got the law involved. Now, each day is a new excuse as to why he can't give our money back. He is withholding my money, and he never had any intention on fixing my RV. Do not hire this person. Upon further investigation while he was ghosting us I stumbled upon his Facebook. He lies about working at Funtown RV and we confirmed this. I called the RV dealership that recommended him to me to inform them about him so that another person will not fall victim to his fraud.

We called Martin RV Repair because they were mobile and we wouldn't have to drive anywhere for service. Laurie and Lee Martin arrived at the scheduled time and date. Lee thought it might be the batteries and determined it was indeed them, but also it still might be the solar panel. He agreed to text me later that night with the information and the prices. He did text and gave me some options and we arranged an appointment for Saturday. He texted me back and said when he ordered the batteries, they now wouldn't arrive till Saturday. Even though it was Memorial Day weekend they said they would on Sunday as they knew we wanted to leave on Monday. Lee texted me on Saturday and said the batteries had come and he would see us on Sunday as planned. I really appreciated the communication as my husband was worried that they wouldn't come and we wouldn't be able to leave as scheduled. Laurie and Lee arrived on Sunday and got right to work. Lee had thought lithium batteries would fit in the two spaces, although tight. Both of them had a great deal of patience and worked together to solve the problems encountered. After the batteries were installed and checked, Lee said he would love to sell us a new solar panel, but we didn't need it! We always appreciate honesty. We would not have a problem recommending Martin RV Repair and Inspection Service for their integrity, honesty, patience and quality work.
