I took USMLE Step 2 CK (9 hour medical licensing exam) at this location last week, and everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. I received a phone call the day before with instructions to arrive 30 minutes prior to my testing time. I got there a full hour early, at 7am. There were a handful of people there already. This center is located right next to the Cadillac dealership (the sign was difficult to see). The entrance itself is the discreet door at the end of the building on the lower level (not the main door of the building with the footbridge). I did appreciate the signs at every entrance pointing towards Prometric. Parking is free and plentiful. There's a few benches to sit outside as well if your test is a long one like mine was! I was attended to immediately and given a key for the lockers. The temperature was good. Neither too warm or too cold. The restrooms are located through the back door, all the way down the hallway. There were 3 stalls if I remember correctly. The lockers are all very small though, so be mindful of that (all Prometric lockers are pretty small anyway). I started the exam early and never had to wait to be signed in/out during breaks. The gentleman (Chip I think) was encouraging and efficient every time I stepped out. He even let me pick my seat (I took the back corner to minimize distraction of people walking in and out). There was a woman working as well who was also fantastic (didn't get her name). They were respectful of my time and were always available for assistance. Point is, they made my experience as good as I could have hoped for. Exams are all awful experiences, and I can't be more thankful that they made it a bit less awful.

Taking standardized tests always sucks, but the staff at this Prometric testing center makes the…read moreprocess as painless as possible. I recently took a two day medical licensing exam (USMLE Step 3) at this particular location and had a great experience. The staff called me the day before part one and two of my exam to remind me of my appointment which was a nice touch. The location itself is easy enough to find but is somewhat secluded in an office complex off of the main road. Unless you have ample break time, bring food and drink with you as you will not be able to go anywhere for a quick bite. If your particular exam allows you to exit the building, there are benches out front for eating lunch/getting some fresh air and the surrounding area is quiet and good for a quick walk . Parking is free and ample. Check in runs smoothly and I sat for my exam within 15 minutes despite arriving during the peak morning rush. Importantly, the staff here are excellent. They work efficiently and offer kind words of encouragement before, during, and after your exam. Unlike many other Prometrics I have been to, singing in and out for breaks was fast. They even remembered my name when I showed up for part 2 of my exam despite having tons of other folks testing concurrently. This location loses a star because the exam room was distractingly frigid (bring a light jacket!), but otherwise this was hands down the best standardized testing experience I have had.

I've never been to one of these IT training courses before. On my first day I arrived and located…read moremy classroom. My class had about 15 - 20 people. I actually live about thirty minutes from this location and was surprised to find out that most people were from out of state; even the instructor was flown in from Idaho. Most of the people that had traveled were provided package with a hotel to stay at that would shuttle them to and from class. I'm not 100% exact on arrangements because I just drove there everyday. Everyone is provided a desktop with the required software and labs. Bring a laptop; you can have the instructors screen pulled up remotely and it's good to have a second screen to have your course pulled up as your doing labs. Met a lot of cool people in my field. We exchanged contact info to keep up with each other at the end of the course, it's always a good idea to keep up with your classmates. This is definitely a good environment to learn. I enjoyed our instructor; he was very good about keeping your attention, was very personable, and was incredibly knowledgeable on the subject. He definitely helped make it a pleasant learning environment. Trust me the last thing you want is to listen to a unrelatable instructor speak about technical material for 8 hours a day in a monotone voice. Rest well, it is very important that you get enough sleep. You are going to be going through so much information it can be mentally exhausting, so you need to make sure that you are 100% ready each day. After class, when you get home you need to study the material that you were given. I would say for about 2 hours at least. I loved having the testing center there. It was just so convenient to keep the same routine and get everything done at the same location. I see some negative comments here, but me and all of my classmates are really happy with CED. I have just completed my MCSA and will be going back for my MCSE. Some side notes Plenty of Coffee, Soda, Snacks available There was catering brought in every day for lunch from a variety of places. Good Luck!

I was honest and basically said I didn't think he was very good. They cancelled my remaining classes with that instructor, apparently the instructor said I was argumentative and a bunch of BS that was not true AT ALL. Complete lies. They also sent an e-mail to my boss, who was paying for the training, telling them lies about how I was disrupting the class and etc. The class was all virtual, I had hoped it was all recorded WHICH IT SHOULD BE IF ITS VIRTUAL, that is an easy thing to do, keeps everyone accountable, and allows students to rewatch trainings. However, no, it was not recorded so it was just my word vs the instructor and I could not prove otherwise. In short, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Use someone else. Not only are they bad teachers but they lied and went out of their way to smear me to my boss.
