First visit to this nail place and probably my last. Just…read morewanted a plain old manicure...no fancy stuff, they kept trying to talk me into the fancy stuff like gel. No thanks, just a manicure. Well, that didn't fit into their agenda but the guy sat me down and within 12-15 minutes I was finished. No cream massage on my hands, alittle oil on my nails and palms, clip of the nails, and 2 coats of polish with a finishing coat. Came out to $1.00 a minute and I gave him a tip on top of that!!! No thank you as I walked out the door, thought they were the ones providing a service and they could of cared less that I was there. So...lots of other nail places around...tried but not going back. I worked hard for my money too and I always made sure that I thanked the people for their time when I was providing the service. I gave them three stars, which probably should only be one but the place was nicely decorated, appeared clean though the service itself sucked and it's all gotta go together.

Then we moved onto a dip, french manicure which I dobt think she knew how to do because there was alot of discussion about it as she was starting. Then a 30 something man came in and she got up and he sat down and proceeded to finish my manicure and I was treated horribly. He insisted I relax very aggressively and said the f' word at me a few times and after screwing up my nails he got up and stormed off. I literally sat there dumbfounded. The older man ended up coming over and fixing and finished my nails. No one explained anything, no one apologized. It was the worst. I will never go there again. I literally felt absued by the man.
