I've been going to this salon for years. Michelle was the first person to ever dye my hair and she took it very slow knowing how scared I was but also how excited I was. She was concerned (for good reason) about over doing it and helped me work my way up. She's very good at listening to what you want, honest about what is realistic, and has always come out better than expected. She is a true artist. I also hired her to do my wedding party with much success. I have many friends who have a lot of experience dying their hair and have been through numerous salons that will also vouch for the Gel House. With that said, the entire salon is a joy to be around. Great customer service and friendly staff. Low quality products and terrible work. I use high quality shampoo and the dye they use didn't even last a week. My hair is so choppy and she claims she knows it was perfect. I've never had a worse hair cut or a worse experience. I know have to chop my hair and it won't be long enough before my wedding. Do your research before picking a place to get your hair done. I spent a lot of money for crappy quality. I'm not one to complain but the more I have to look at my hair the more irritated I get. I had a wonderful experience at the Gel House Salon. Ashley gave me the most beautiful eyebrows that never wash off. I feel so pretty that I rarely wear make up anymore. I am going back for permanent eyeliner because she is a a master at her craft. My pedicure done by Ashlynn was a true spa experience. The best message I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone. Went in 3times this week goty nails done with margina & my son got his hair cut by billy jo & i got my eye brows waxed by candace and today and got my hair colored with high lites MICHELLE was great. Go here if you want some poor hair dye and a chop job. Lisa claims she's an amazing colorist who is really good at her job. She's not, you're better off going to Walmart. Don't waist your money for low quality hair dye and poor customer service. read more
