It is fun to attend Stevenson hockey games here, as well. And, it is nice with the turf option for local leagues, like Reisterstown Baseball. The rink is always fairly clean and the staff are friendly. I wish they would re-open the snack bar and have skate sharpening, but otherwise, Reisterstown Sportsplex has, and always will be, a second home to me.

I started skating again after being off the ice for years because of work and caregiving. I lost everything and I'm trying to get everything back. Slowly I'm getting things back. No coin- operated lockers were there when I went to the rink in 2020. There was no designated waiting area besides the parking lot in 2020. No pro shop with a qualified, experienced figure skate technician in 2020. Hope the rink has those things it didn't have in 2020.

And the venue seems like it could easily fit 500 people reception style. There is a lack of parking, but the large expansive room makes up for it. If memory serves me right, there were basketball hoops attached to the ceiling. It is very much like a gym feel. There are fields around the building. A great large event venue in a town where not many at all exist.

No cash is accepted at the park. Fees apply all days of the year to any vessel launched from the ramps. Truxtun Park has three picnic pavilions available for rent year round. This Recreation Center is really clean and well maintained. They have a nice sized outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool. The pool is large for adults, they have a kiddie pool and also a hot tub. There are also plenty of other ways to stay fit. They have a gym, a basketball court, racquetball court, tennis court and much more. It depends on if you're from Leesburg, or from another town on how much the daily fee is. Their locker rooms are super clean, featuring plenty of showers, bathrooms and lockers. The Ida Lee Park Recreation Center is really nice. There's so much they offer for your growing child to keep them active!
