You shouldn't have any concerns with Peter and Christine. They are super fun, interesting, down to earth, and really excited to be there. They're married, and the obvious love they have for each other, and the fun they have working together, added to the wonderful day that we had. We didn't want to use just any regular photographer, we wanted a photographer whose niche was weddings. When we saw Scott's pricing and stunning photography, we were sold. I called him up, spoke on the phone with him, and then actually met with him with my mom, who happened to be in town then (we were going wedding dress shopping). Since we live in Connecticut and Scott is in NH, he actually didn't meet Jay until a month before the wedding when we all met up at the Shattuck to go over details and so he could actually meet Jay, in order to get a feel for his personality and to see how the two of us interact. My husband isn't the type of man who does well with posed photography, and with Scott's perspective and style of not doing poses photography, but capturing everything in the moment and as it happens, we definitely felt confident with our choice of photographer. He has a very calm presence, and is a pleasure to work with. We absolutely love our photos, and highly recommend him.

Words cannot express how impressed we were with Pat as our officiant…read more Choosing vendors and planning a wedding in NH, all while living in DC was a challenge. Pat was always accessible via phone and email, which was a huge help. She took the time to do a phone consultation, where she asked us questions about the vibe of the ceremony, our relationship and generally getting to know us as a couple. We actually didn't even meet her face to face until the day of the rehearsal! If you're a local bride, she would've definitely taken the time to meet you in person. She offered an in person meeting to us. We didn't take her up on it, since we made limited trips to NH during the planning process. At the rehearsal, she wrangled our bridal party with ease and good humor. She let us know exactly what to expect, and even gave the good advice of letting our first kiss linger so our photographer could get the best shots! We set up a time for him to come in, prepared a shot list, and once he was situated in the space he took care of the rest. He was extremely thorough with his photos, which gave us options to work with, and further refine with his editing. All through the process he was extremely prompt, communicative, and helpful. Using his website to review the shots and select favorites was easy and intuitive, and when they were finished and ready to use we were able to download them from there easily. The photos were excellent quality, and we are very satisfied with the results!
