We were booking pretty last minute but we really wanted some good fall foliage in our photos, and Stephen was able to squeeze us in on a Friday morning and it was perfect. We booked a 1 hour session at Cider Hill Farms and ended up taking photos for an extra half hour with an outfit change and we had such a good time! Stephen was so friendly and relaxed during the shoot, and even though it is a very busy season, he was able to get us our gallery from Oct. 28 just under three weeks later. The gallery we received is absolutely stunning. The foliage and the lighting were perfect on the day of the shoot, but Stephen was really able to capture both, and colors in our photos are unbelievably beautiful & exactly what we were hoping for. I started it by looking at 35 different photographers for my wedding in October 2020. From those 35 we weeded out a lot simply because they didn't have our date available. There were 3 that really stood out to us one being LM Wood Photography. The main thing that should out was how reasonable her pricing was and we ABSOLUTELY loved her available packages for our wedding. So, we set up a time and place to meet and sit down and talk(I mean who wouldn't want to meet the person that's going to be capturing one of the most important days of your life!). We set up a meeting a Dunks in Manchester so that she didn't have to drive anywhere far just to make it easier on her. After waiting for the meeting for 2 weeks she sends me a message on Facebook and says that she had a bad fall and needs to reschedule. I completely understood and wished her a speedy recovery and told her I would reach out to her the following week. The following week I went to go Facebook message her and the entire business page was gone! I got extremely nervous and went digging for her website and luckily found it! I sent her an email asking if she was still doing business and she explained that she's in the process of making a new Facebook business page and that she can't meet me that week because of a death in the family. Again, I completely understand and no big deal. Well, third time is a charm! We finally set up another meeting(now over a month since our first conversation and original meeting date). Our meeting was supposed to be tonight. As a professional person and being in business for myself I send her a quick email this morning to confirm our meeting. No response. I send another just after noon. No response. So I call her around 3:45. No answer so I left a voicemail. Text her. Nothing. I am beyond frustrated and just want anyone that even thinks about working with her to BEWARE! I thank anyone and everyone that took the time to read this review. I hope that this helps someone in the future and that it prevents anyone from ever having to deal with the frustrations that I have had to deal with in the attempt at working with LM Wood. Anyone can look good on paper but the real person came out very quickly. I can only imagine what could have happened if we loved forward. Yes she was a super nice person and had a reasonable price but when it came to the photos it took over 2 months before I finally got them after having to keep messaging her asking where they were because she said they were sent multiple times and then when they finally came in I only got a few of them and had to ask what happened to the ones of me getting ready and my father walking me down the isle and other important ones. which then she sent me a link to some other photos and told me I could download them off the website but there were still a lot of the ones you would want not there. I only have two of my father walking me down and they are blurry. i have a few of us girls getting ready and she spent over 2 hours with us while getting ready. After downloading them all to my laptop I only got about 120 photos and half of them are blurry and grainy.
