We've received a sneak peek of the images from the shoot, and we're over the moon already! As a photographer and photo editor, Stephen is extremely talented. The samples on his website show his range of experience across different dimensions (weather conditions, different times of day, indoor vs outdoor locations). We found that his experience certainly translated to the images we've received back so far. His framing is thoughtful, and he makes fantastic use of lighting and the location in the moment! Before the session, I got to see Stephen go above and beyond with his thoughtfulness, flexibility, and professionalism. From the moment we agreed on the date and time, Stephen patiently corresponded with me over the weeks prior. He would always reply in a timely manner and was willing to share his wealth of experience. He was able to advise about locations I was considering, even sharing helpful sample photographs to help me make a more informed decision. As the weather forecast fluctuated in the week prior, he even helped me prepare for adverse weather scenarios and even helped iron out back up locations/plans. During the session, my partner and I found Stephen's collaborative nature extremely impressive. He helped set up for the shoot before hand, and he made my partner feel extremely comfortable throughout the session. He struck an excellent balance between giving us recommendations for things to try and allowing us to be ourselves. We were a bit nervous for our first photoshoot together, but there was absolutely no reason to be! I started it by looking at 35 different photographers for my wedding in October 2020. From those 35 we weeded out a lot simply because they didn't have our date available. There were 3 that really stood out to us one being LM Wood Photography. The main thing that should out was how reasonable her pricing was and we ABSOLUTELY loved her available packages for our wedding. So, we set up a time and place to meet and sit down and talk(I mean who wouldn't want to meet the person that's going to be capturing one of the most important days of your life!). We set up a meeting a Dunks in Manchester so that she didn't have to drive anywhere far just to make it easier on her. After waiting for the meeting for 2 weeks she sends me a message on Facebook and says that she had a bad fall and needs to reschedule. I completely understood and wished her a speedy recovery and told her I would reach out to her the following week. The following week I went to go Facebook message her and the entire business page was gone! I got extremely nervous and went digging for her website and luckily found it! I sent her an email asking if she was still doing business and she explained that she's in the process of making a new Facebook business page and that she can't meet me that week because of a death in the family. Again, I completely understand and no big deal. Well, third time is a charm! We finally set up another meeting(now over a month since our first conversation and original meeting date). Our meeting was supposed to be tonight. As a professional person and being in business for myself I send her a quick email this morning to confirm our meeting. No response. I send another just after noon. No response. So I call her around 3:45. No answer so I left a voicemail. Text her. Nothing. I am beyond frustrated and just want anyone that even thinks about working with her to BEWARE! I thank anyone and everyone that took the time to read this review. I hope that this helps someone in the future and that it prevents anyone from ever having to deal with the frustrations that I have had to deal with in the attempt at working with LM Wood. Anyone can look good on paper but the real person came out very quickly. I can only imagine what could have happened if we loved forward. Maybe she would have just never shown up and I would have had no pictures of one of the most special days in a mans life.

Yes she was a super nice person and had a reasonable price but when it came to the photos it took over 2 months before I finally got them after having to keep messaging her asking where they were because she said they were sent multiple times and then when they finally came in I only got a few of them and had to ask what happened to the ones of me getting ready and my father walking me down the isle and other important ones. which then she sent me a link to some other photos and told me I could download them off the website but there were still a lot of the ones you would want not there. I only have two of my father walking me down and they are blurry. i have a few of us girls getting ready and she spent over 2 hours with us while getting ready. After downloading them all to my laptop I only got about 120 photos and half of them are blurry and grainy.

We reached out on a whim and luckily enough Jodi was available on short notice for our wedding date. We truly wish that we had found her and contracted her from the beginning. Jodi and the team were so easy to work with, took amazing photos and eliminated all of the stress of wedding photography. The photos are amazing and the team is so fun and easy to work with. We cannot recommend Millyard more highly and cannot wait to contract them again for future photos and we are telling all of our friends to use them in the future. They are the absolute best!

I know she said she does weddings on the weekends too sometimes and she's a one person crew :) amazing! She brought all of her equipment, her special lighting, her baskets, hats, cute headbands, space heater to keep the baby sleepy, and backgrounds. The session lasted about three hours and she was very patient with the various baby things, wet diapers, one feeding etc. She was very good at calming the baby and catching great photos. We also bought a few pillows and towels of various colors and she was very flexible to use some of the stuff we had. She was professional, warm, and skilled. She also posted our photos for download within four days. We were both very happy with Danielle and would highly recommend her!

Rude rude people. They were doing team photos for weare town soccer and couldn't have acted more…read morerudely to parents or put and bothered to take your money. Disorganized too. Just a big pile of forms sloppily strewn on a table which I guess you were supposed to figure out how to fill out or where to go. They were all dressed like slobs too. Like dirty sweatpants. Don't really care how the photos turn out just a negative experience. I think they are related somehow to the league coordinator.

Went here to get some citizenship photos (not passport -- these are even MORE esoteric than…read morepassport photos). Even though I had to cancel on him once, Roger didn't seem to mind and was a true professional with meticulous work ethic. He also has a great sense of humor and is someone I would definitely do business with again. Pricing was very competitive for the product delivered. Highly recommended!
