Both times I went she was providing recoils of long beautiful healthy locs. When I loc my hair I will probably come back. But...if you are looking for a precision type cut and color this is probably not the place for you. I will be the first to admit my hair was not in the best shape but after paying for a consultation and spending my time traveling there for it and being assured it would be a good style that could be achieved I am gravely disappointed. I'm left now having to pay someone else to fix it and it is soooo much shorter than what I asked for I don't have the ability to have it re- cut until it grows back some (cut dry no accounting for shrinkage). Not to mention it was extremely expensive for a style I have to grin and bear before it looks decent. When I told her I over heard her talking Trash and I won't be back, all she could say was "ok. I'm sorry you had to hear that." That was foul. Nobody should have to go through that. If you felt that much hatred I will NEVER be back. Word of advice: not everyone is rich like your other clients so if someone is asking you for a service that seems too high. They don't deserve to get dogged out. The 1st time you trimmed my hair back in 2015, you made me wash my own hair. And charged me 20. This time I wanted just a natural hair trim and you told me 45 for for wash and shampoo and 20 dollars add on for the trim. I just want a healthy trim before I get braids for my birthday so I can keep my hair healthy. 65 dollars for a trim and no style is insane.
