I've been using State Farm for 8 years now and they have been the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. They are always courteous and return phone calls promptly. Insurance isn't the most fun thing to deal with but they really know what they're talking about and make the experience enjoyable. I made one claim this year because a motorcyclist took off my side mirror and the girls at the office handled everything for me with awesome timing. I love this office. The customer service is great. The people have gone above and beyond to help me to find a good policy, and answer any questions that I have. They have always been congenial and helpful, and quick to respond. When I needed a new card, I received it within minutes in my email. If you are looking for an insurance quote, or a new policy, I would highly recommend them. I only rated it 4 instead of 5, because I know I can get a slightly lower rate with another company, but it wouldn't be as reputable as St. Farm! read more

I called (951) 817-2600 to obtain an insurance policy. A woman Rossline answered the phone and acted EXTREMELY controlling, abusive and confrontational. She said she is an agent but not licensed with State Farm and boasted her ego. She told me, "Don't like me, go somewhere else." I reminded her not only that I will go elsewhere, I make sure everyone reads this review will go elsewhere also. If they are already so horrific anti-customers from the beginning, it would only get worse. I strongly not recommend this outfit to anyone! read more

I had this accident and was very confused on what to do. I had never been in an accident before, which lead me to a lot of loop holes.
