The 30 min massage was good, but I really enjoyed the 60 min reflexology foot massage. Unfortunately baby girl didn't come that weekend, so I ended up scheduling another prenatal 30 min massage a couple days later (where I'm also 41+ weeks) to get some work in before my chiro adjustment down the road and WOW...that 30 min massage was seriously the best I ever had during this pregnancy. This time, I had Cindy and she made sure to hit allll the labor points, including my feet, lower back, and even thighs. Ended my session with a yummy head massage too. Felt so good + so refreshed by the end of my session, it was truly a solid 10/10. I also noticed it was a lot easier for my chiro to adjust me, too. Will definitely be back whenever I need a massage, whether it's my whole body or feet and hopefully the labor points worked this time to encourage baby out! Oh, and try to bring cash if you can-- there's a 3% charge if using a card so I made sure to bring cash for my 2nd visit :)

I also loved the lotion she used for the massage, moisturizing but not oily and not scented. I am scent sensitive so that means a lot to me, otherwise a migraine may get triggered. It was easy to book an appt, you can do it online, call, or text the number listed. The office was very clean and nicely put together. I especially loved that the "papertowel" roll in the bathroom was made from washcloths/towels that could be washed and reused. Kristy was great to interact with, very thoughtful and we had a nice chat while I was waiting for my ride. She also did a very thorough clean of the massage space after my session, which I appreciated knowing that was done prior to my session as well. I get a lot of massages. Pre-COVID-19 I would say I was averaging a couple a month and I believe Kristy is very talented and if I lived in the area I would be making weekly appointments!
