She seemed a bit annoyed because she was on the phone and had to tell me where to go. The massage room was more spacious than other ME locations I've been to in the area. Table was comfortable and everything was in order. I told my therapist I needed to use the bathroom. I didn't know I was already on the clock! A 1.5 hour massage is technically 80 minutes. I got to the room and the countdown was already at 77, then getting undressed and starting the process ate up another 5 minutes or so plus the pre massage conversation. Tick Tok Tick Tok. The gentleman providing me with my massage seemed annoyed that I was male so he made it clear at the start of the massage that he doesn't do "conversation", gave a Covid mask protocol so each, then proceeded to perform some sort of very light pressure gesturing mixed with hot towels. I'm guessing my glutes were off limits even though the reason I get massages is due to low back pain. He spent a lot of time ensuring the sheets were properly draped and tucked because heaven forbid there may be some exposed skin that he might have to touch. The hot towels that were covered by the sheet turned into just cold wet sheets. Not very relaxing. Now he did murder my neck muscles. I seriously couldn't move my neck the next day. This is why I don't go to new therapist and only go to someone I know. This was booked because I couldn't get in to my primary location with my usual therapist and I figured "what the heck, what's the worst that could happen?" Well now I know. One the 90 minutes (LOL) were up it was get dressed and then I figured I'd leave him the standard tip. So the ME was ok, but I wouldn't use this guy again. Maybe he is great with others, but not my idea of therapy and/or relaxation.

I was very disappointed with the massage I got from Nalia. I don't think she's very experienced…read more I'm sorry to say it was very poor. I would advise going somewhere else. Most of the reviews here are poor.

Every treatment provided is tailored and customized accordingly as every person is unique. Your facial will never be the same as I will change methods and/or products each time to accommodate your skin needs. I’ll make sure to listen to what your skin care goals are, while working together towards your skin care goal. This is something I’m passionate about as I went through my own skin care journey of trying to find answers and help for all the changes my skin was going through as transitioning into menopause. Skin care itself is very vast and intricate as the skin also lets us know that something inside of our body is going on such as acne on the chin, neck and cheeks on a 20 y.o. indicating some hormonal issues, stress, reactions to environment, while some redness (rosacea) on the skin will indicate abnormal or unusual immune or inflammatory response to specific triggers which may include extreme temperatures wind, spicy food, alcohol, stress. It’s not just “skin care”, it is a wellbeing as a whole, which is exactly what I will be focusing on while guiding every clients individual needs through the entire process.
