I also loved the lotion she used for the massage, moisturizing but not oily and not scented. I am scent sensitive so that means a lot to me, otherwise a migraine may get triggered. It was easy to book an appt, you can do it online, call, or text the number listed. The office was very clean and nicely put together. I especially loved that the "papertowel" roll in the bathroom was made from washcloths/towels that could be washed and reused. Kristy was great to interact with, very thoughtful and we had a nice chat while I was waiting for my ride. She also did a very thorough clean of the massage space after my session, which I appreciated knowing that was done prior to my session as well. I get a lot of massages. Pre-COVID-19 I would say I was averaging a couple a month and I believe Kristy is very talented and if I lived in the area I would be making weekly appointments! I hope I get to come back and have the same experience, in the meantime please go and experience since I will be back home and can't!

The environment was fine on the surface--tidy enough--but the room carried a damp, musky smell that gave it an odd feel. Not overpowering, but definitely noticeable. For background, I've got herniated discs (L3-L5) and just moved to the area, so I'm hunting for someone who can really dig in and release the knots. Unfortunately, this spot wasn't it. Prices were reasonable, but the value didn't match up. Maybe I'd stop back if I happened to be in the neighborhood, but I don't expect to go out of my way. My old therapist was a 40-minute drive, so I'm willing to make the trip if it's justified. Feels like finding a solid massage therapist around here might end up being like finding good pizza in Florida--possible, but not easy.
