This is also the first Doctor to inquire about my headaches. He said, "I can fix that!" and he did! I haven't had more than 7 headaches in over 8 months! I used to get 3 to 8 a day. (I never brought them up because I assumed that was "normal" since I had nothing to compare it to. The disorder I have is like that... it's very strange and VERY HARD to manage ) I have called and spoken to the staff up front. They remembered me, and I remembered their voices from over the phone. I know it was actually office because they commented on my glasses when I asked if their's were fixed yet. Nice, clean, and friendly staff in addition to an amazing doctor, Dr. Siddiqui. He knows what my condition is (without having to Google it first) and understands and truly cares about trying to help my quality of life. I highly recommend him for anyone with issues that require the doctor to listen to your needs and want to help you achieve your goals. So disorders there isn't much you can do, so to find one to actually "Fix" something is a true miracle. I did happen to take to take a photo from out front. I parked my car and looked out the window, and saw something very unintentionally hysterical. That alone helped what would have been a very hard day indeed. Dr. Gross never performed the proper diagnostic test -- she never performed ANY test. Instead, she just spoke her opinion as if it were the Gospel truth, she completely dismissive and rude. She told me I didn't have the problem and made me feel about two inches tall. I lived with the problem for years because of Dr. Gross. In fact, years later I was properly diagnosed by a specialist (eventough this issue is routinely handled by general practioners) and I did have the problem. Also because of Dr. Gross' negligence, the problem evolved into something much worse. I stopped going to primary care doctors as a result of Dr. Gross and her know-it-all, I-am-God-because-I'm-a-doctor dismissive attitude. Beyond the fact that Dr. Gross doesn't listen to her patients, the office is always packed, and since the practice exploded, you won't end up seeing the doctor anyway -- just one of the many P.A.s. Moreover, there is a considered preoccupation with putting patients through unnecessary steps and visits in order to maximize billing. I don't think it's overstating it to say this practice epitomizes the de-evolution of medical care in this country: mismanaged care.
