The waiting room was a bit confusing--there was a clipboard on the end table but it had the wrong date--after waiting to speak with reception they indicated to still sign in on that sheet. Things only went up from there. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. I did wish that they had sent the forms/link for preregistration ahead of time, but minor issue. They prefilled my info on the iPad and forms so I mostly just had to sign and update family history. Once everything is completed and any co-pays paid, they take you back to the room to get changed. You get to keep everything on except your top half. Yay for no freezing full gown. The changing area is cute (considering) and they have lockers for your personal items. Everything was clean and organized. I had a nice chat with another patient as we were waiting to be called to the radiology room. I got an absolutely wonderful tech who was upbeat, thorough, kind and funny. Zina (hope I got that right) really made the experience great. She explained everything, gave clear instructions, and chatted away so I was completely comfortable. While I likely just had the normal scans, it was not really painful. Will update this review if there are issues with getting the results or billing as others have mentioned, but would recommend right now!

The kids were not loud or running. Their complaint was that each kid took one paper cup and one tissue. Disrespectful of my time and rude as can be. I moved the appointment to another location, and this is my last appointment with the Washington Radiology chain.

Came to the ER here very unexpectedly while in the area. I'm not from Virginia and had no idea what…read moreto expect. Cons: no live wait time on website, registration staff who truly DGAF, dirty waiting area Wait time: 2.3 hours just to get into an exam room (I was balled up in a corner in pain and begged for a blanket because it was cold inside and 50 degrees outside. They triaged me, took blood and urine and had me remain in the waiting room. Once I actually got into an exam room, things started to move more quickly. Care: Dr. Sidara was actually the saving grace here. He was incredibly nice and thorough, spoke to me with respect and care, and worked to address my issues as soon as possible. He was even able to pull info from past doctors visits, which included a slight ear infection and double checked my ears while I was there to make sure he didn't miss anything further. I won't go into all of the details of what he discovered, but had he not caught one thing in particular, I might still be in excruciating pain. What I didn't like is the fact that I was in an exam room for maybe 30 minutes, then they took me to get a CT. And once I finished the CT, I was not taken back to the exam room, but taken to the "results waiting" room. There, my IV hung in front of me, without being connected, for about an hour. When all of my results were back, the doctor returned to me and told me all the findings and the plan moving forward. I do wish they would have kept me overnight so that I could continue to be monitored and receive pain management medication, but I understand that's not necessarily typical treatment for what I was experiencing. Shortly after the doctor checked in with me, my discharge papers were drafted, and I was on my way out. I was there from 3:50-9 p.m. ish.

A few things could be better but overall an amazing experience…read more We got to the hospital for my procedure and immediately had parking issues. The "B" garage height limit is 6' 8" and our truck was a couple inches too tall. There was zero parking for large vehicles near the main building so we were forced to park on the street. After that, everything went smoothly and every interaction with the hospital staff was wonderful. They were helpful and caring. After surgery they put me in a huge recovery room. The sunrise and sunset views were very nice. The food was great and they never made me feel like I was a bother. The staff was constantly cleaning and keeping up with my medication. Before discharge I had to speak with a few nurses from different departments. Unfortunately, PT took many hours to see me so instead of leaving around 1pm, I was out closer to 7pm. These nurses, doctors, techs, etc. work very hard and don't seem to get the appreciation they deserve. They were all wonderful and easily the best part of my stay. Overall, besides the parking issues, this is a hospital that is significantly better than anywhere else I've ever been.

He made me feel comfortable and truly listened to what I had to say. He immediately recommended a laparoscopy, which is what I was hoping to hear for the endometriosis and I had surgery within days. He likes what he does and definitely wants to help his patients. He made my mom feel comfortable and informed in appointments and after I came out of surgery, which makes him even more respectable. There was a med student present during my appointments and surgery and he tended to talk down to her and scold her. It made me slightly uncomfortable but he was constantly pleasant and attentive towards me, as the patient. He came to see me before surgery and helped me stay calm and talked about the procedure. I cannot say how happy I am to have found Dr. Sanz.

Dr. Sanz and his staff make themselves available to me and call back quickly when I leave messages. I also like that Dr. Sanz communicates with the other doctors I am seeing to make sure everyone is in agreement with my treatment and test results. He actually found a mistake in the results from the radiologist and worked back with the doctor to make the addendum. Like most experienced surgeons, Dr. Sanz has an ego but I find him to be genuine and entertaining. I can tell he enjoys what he does and is good at it. He seems to like teaching residents as they are always with him in office and in surgery. I recommend him based on my experience.

My experience with OneMedical Rosslyn has been wonderful. The physical site is gorgeous, parking is nearby (not free though) and it's metro accessible. It's clean, the staff are friendly and professional and they have an in-house lab which saves a trip to Lab Corp. Additionally, they now offer mental health services which is a nice bonus. If you need a prescription called in to your local pharmacy, you can request via their app or website. If you have a non-urgent issue and need advice, you can message a nurse or doctor for help. If you have an urgent (non-emergency) issue, you can usually get an appointment relatively quickly; scheduling through the app is very easy. The user interface is easy to navigate. Also, the staff don't try to "upsell" you in any way or pressure you to get an unnecessary vaccine or test. In closing, I highly recommend OneMedical. It's worth the annual fee (which isn't that pricey IMHO). There are locations throughout the country - and the network of providers at every location is superb.
