In case you didn't know what a lien was: "A legal right to possess another's property until a debt is repaid or an obligation is met." So in other words, the bank thought that someone co-owned my property. Now why would this be required for such a small loan that is in good standing (paying on-time monthly)? I had a larger loan with another company for my windows/doors yet they DID NOT feel the need to place a lien on my property. This place is untrustworthy, and sneaky, and I WILL NOT be doing business with them again. I do not recommend them as a company. I suggest you seek other options or at the very minimum demand another Financing Company.

The motion light was left operating as a dusk to dawn light which we do not desire for our yard, neighbors or utility bill. I asked him to return which he promised to do and that was a week ago as of this writing. I have scheduled with another electrician as I don't expect to hear from Dena Electric again.

Did not call by 8:30 am. Recontacted Mgr at HD (Joe), said would contact LGP and call back. No call. Contacted Ben's to see if they provided Plumbing--YEAH--what luck. Had technician out in no time, diagnosed problem, fixed, and was on their way. Paid only low service. Dealt with HD. Ben's is a honest company, which is RARE in the home service industry.

We were told it was working but to give it 15 min for it to completely unlock. If we had any problems to give them a call. The air never turned on as the thermostat was displaying. We contacted them first thing the following day. They were supposed to return between 5-8pm that day to correct it. They did not come nor did they call & communicate they weren't coming. WECALLED THEM and they told us it would have to be the following day, same time. Again the following day no show. No call. WE CALLED AGAIN and they rescheduled to come the next day. Again no show, no call. This morning the outside temp got down to 30 degrees. We are without air or heat. 3 DAYS and they still did not correct the issue. They were called by our warranty provider this morning and they promised to contact us within that hour. We have passed that hour and no call. We have never been treated so unprofessionally by a service company EVER. This is beyond unacceptable. It completely contradicts what their About statement online claims- "It is G&G Service Group's goal to uphold an unmatched standard of customer satisfaction. Our motto is "if the customer is not completely satisfied that the job is not complete". The comfort of your home is our #1 goal. G&G Service group aims for perfection on every repair, new installation, and customer interaction." When I called the home warranty company it was after hours on Thursday night and I knew the company was closed on Fridays and weekends, according to their website. I was contacted by the technician Monday morning and advised that he would be here within two hours. He arrived in the time slot he had promised and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He arrived wearing a mask and was very pleasant and friendly, yet professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely make note of the name of the company and, if we need to have an electrician come out to our Home Warranty Service again, I will request that it be them.

Yesterday my hot water heater quit working so this morning I called to see if they could come out and they had Keith here by 11:15. He immediately diagnosed the problem (pilot light had gone out). Not only did he get it restarted but he took the time to show me exactly how to restart it myself if I need to in the future. He also explained how the pilot light assembly is aging and may need to be replace sooner rather than later, but that they will give me an estimate of the cost and for me to wait and see if it goes out again in short order before committing to an immediate replacement. In addition he took the time to go ahead and do the routine maintenance on my furnace so I can now cancel that additional appointment. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable but also cracking jokes and making the whole experience actually enjoyable! This week I had a contrastingly frustrating, unsatisfying and costly experience with three different plumbers so Keith was a bright light in an otherwise dismal service experience week!
