I brought one in that simply needed a shot that would have been $10 anywhere else, but here it was $50 because only the vet was licensed, so there was an office visit added. I then thought I would give them another try for dental work on another and was told the estimate wasn't free like it was at other places. I emailed back both times to let them know I wasn't happy only to either be brushed off or ignored. I've since spent approximately $2000.00, yes two thousand elsewhere, so the petty fees they charged and wanted to charge cost them and they are missing out on future business and didn't care. I explained that I was trying to work with them and wanted to bring them business, but there was no response. Just as well, since they didn't seem to care, so who knows what else they would do in the future. Go somewhere else and save money and the hassle.
