About 4-6 weeks later, Blake contacted me and scheduled for installation. Robert and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. I had a total of 11 windows installed on the first floor of my property in Nov 2023. They completed the job in 1 and half days. It could have been done in one day but the sunset in November didn't allow. Some of the pictures of the completed job are shown below. The remaining 2 screws has taken their turn into falling out now. I have made quite a few calls to this office over a period of a month requesting for service. This office have been ignoring my request. I want to highly stress that the 2 remaining screws are the only items that's holding up my shutter now and the shutters are in high risk of falling.
