However they took me in and got me scheduled super fast. Each lady I worked with was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and happy, no matter what. They were very patient with me too, at first I was a little nervous about my wedding dress because I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations! I also took my bridesmaid dress to them and they helped me out so much and made sure it fit. Overall, wonderful service, amazing workers, and a very neat and tidy shop! Things were said that mischaracterized both parties. Monica's husband reach out to me and we were able to discuss this in a cordial and professional manner. Everything ended well, I just wish things were handled in this manner from the beginning. To whatever transpired, I do believe Monica is good at what she does and I do hope she satisfied more clients in the future.
