The playground is a huge win for kids; it has a zipline, several slides, and fun climbing structures that keep them entertained for a long time. We've also been here during softball/baseball games, and it's such a fun, festive environment with families cheering and enjoying the evening. One thing I will mention is that the park could definitely use more lighting at night when games aren't happening, especially during the parts of the year when the sun sets earlier. It can get a little too dark too fast. Overall, though, it's a great park for all ages and one of our favorite local spots!

There's a huge grassy space for soccer and baseball, and a hill if you have kids that enjoy rolling down them. They also have a large gazebo with limited table-benches. Great for hosting an outdoor party and dog-friendly too (they have trash for disposing doggy poop). Perfect for picnics if you bring your own EZ-Up or outdoor chairs. Note: it gets busy when there's a game here. They have some parking spaces within the park. And more along the neighborhood streets.

Great park in MoVall! I was looking for free kid friendly activities in the area and went here for…read morethe splash pad. I saw the splash pad opens at 11am. We got there around 11:20. The teeny tiny parking lot holds maybe 16 cars, but there's plenty of parking right outside in the residential area. We went today, which is a Friday and although the street signs said No Parking on Fridays due to street sweeping, at least a dozen cars were parked so I took a chance and parked on the street too, hoping the patrol and street sweep already happened. I carried our camping chairs and stuff and posted up inside the splash pad where there was shade under a big palm tree. They had 4 concrete benches and ledges but most were not shaded. A bunch of families had their blankets and chairs set up outside the splash pad fence under all the trees. The restrooms were just past the front of the entrance to the splash pad. The play ground was right next door with some shade and a good size jungle gym and 4 swings, 2 of which are those giant chair swings. And because it is summer, the school district had 3 pops that were serving free lunch to all the kids. Fridays was cheeseburgers, which was perfect! They packed up around 12:30pm, so come before noon! We had a blast and will definitely come back this summer!

While I had never experienced anything quite like what happened during my last visit, I have had smaller, somewhat similar situations happen here before. I brushed them off at the time, but after this most recent experience, I definitely look at this park differently. One thing I have noticed almost every time I've visited is the amount of children who seem to be completely unsupervised, running around and doing whatever they want without a parent nearby. I'm definitely a helicopter parent when we're at parks because anything can happen in a matter of seconds, and let's be honest, the world we live in nowadays doesn't always feel safe. I understand kids are there to play and have fun, but parents still need to be present and aware of what their children are doing. During my last visit, there was also a group of people smoking weed at the park, and the smell was EXTREMELY obvious. Listen, there's nothing wrong with what adults choose to do on their own time, but please keep it away from children and family areas. A children's park and splash pad is not the place for kids to be surrounded by the smell of marijuana. It's unfortunate because I genuinely enjoyed bringing my kids here, especially for the splash pad. But after my last experience, I highly doubt I'll be returning. Sometimes one situation is enough to completely change how comfortable you feel in a place, and unfortunately, that's what happened for me with Celebration Park.

The area is really open and well kept, with plenty of space for walking, playing sports, or just hanging out. It's especially nice in the evenings when the weather cools down and people are out playing basketball, soccer, or just relaxing. There are a lot of courts and fields here, so it's perfect if you want to be active or bring friends for a game. I also like that there's plenty of parking and the park usually feels pretty clean and maintained. Overall it's one of the better parks in the Riverside area if you want somewhere with space and a good community vibe.

Trails were fun, fast and traveled all over around the park. Parking is strict, so follow the rules please. Views are stupendous , the atmosphere was inviting and the experience memorable. The Mister was on vacation and has always wanted to hike the M mountain in Moval. Sunday morning…read moreit's off to the M. What a day, we were greeted by the donkeys and given a little show before we hit the trail. It was a beautiful morning (even though it heated up) and the fresh air up there was perfect. This was my 4th trek up the mountain and his first so we stopped along the trail and just admired the beautiful scenery. From the top of the mountains the surrounding Valley's are beautiful.... We made it to the top in about an hour and 50 minutes. We enjoyed a bite to eat at the M took pictures and headed back down the mountain. It took us about an hour to get back to the car where of course the donkeys were not lounging around in the shade. It was a great day and I'm glad that now when my hubby drives by the M everyday he can look up and say, "I've sat up there and enjoyed the view"......
