I just wanted to update my review we just tried to place an order today. An older lady answered the phone and we've dealt with her before. She was really rude impatient and my wife just wanted to confirm the order one more time and somebody through the phone and a man was like hey lady, you're not the only one and the lady that was answering the phone didn't correct him or didn't apologize. In fact she got more frustrated with us when we get her over the phone she usually has a hard time with our order so we just wanna make sure I called back to cancel and another girl picked up and I explained the situation and instead of trying to get a manager or fix things she was just like that wasn't me and gave us attitude the phone call only lasted a few minutes, so we don't understand where her impatience came from read more

What I can speak in is their breakfast burritos and let me tell you! They are some of the best you can get in town. There's like more than 5 different kinds you can get so great variety They don't make it till your order but doesn't even take long at all, great flavor and their salsa are good! If you want a good breakfast burrito then I would say Betos is the go to! It's a dope little whole in the wall type restaurant that doesn't disappoint. I've been watching stories on instagram about this place so I decided to check it out. I have mixed emotions about this place. When we came in, we were greeted and seated right away. During our time at the restaurant, they only had three tables and one waitress. However, the waitress was no where to be found. She barely checked on us and was constantly in the kitchen. We also waited about an hour to get out food. Not sure if the r us one cook or what was the case. Once our food arrived, I waited about 15 minutes to see if the waitresss would come out of the kitchen, but no luck. I went to the front register and waited... and rang the bell... and she finally came out. I wish service was better. Food: although your food took an hour to be ready, It was really good! I really enjoyed the Molcajete. I would definitely come back again, but on a day I don't have to be rushed because after this experience, food will take forever. read more

Some of the best menudo around! You have the option of having pata or no pata which is a big deal! Staff are friendly. Service is good. Nice little place for a relaxed meal I have always given this restaurant 5 stars, but when you order a small menudo to go, "sin pata", it better not have pata in it! Decided to try this place after reading the reviews and I wasn't disappointed (mostly). I got there a little early so it wasn't busy yet....I was immediately greeted by the friendly server who brought me chips and salsa and asked for my drink order. I was in the mood for Albondigas but she said that they were not yet ready so I opted for the Campechana instead. If you look at the photo is included I can tell you that it tasted as amazing as it looks. The only real complaint was that they had no octopus...so it was a "mostly" Campechana. Oh yeah...and the chips were nice, fresh and well seasoned and the salsa was near perfection. If you're on the mood for quality Mexican food then this place fits the bill. read more

I ordered ahead over the phone to pick up a breakfast burrito, it was ready within the 15 minutes it took me to drive there. It was a very tasty burrito and good size, it was large enough that I finished half one morning and then saved the other half for another morning a few days later. It was just as good a few days later! I got the chorizo breakfast burrito and the red salsa that came with it was a good amount of spicy. Highly recommend. read more

I have been here a few times now at different days and times. The food is good but the service is hit or miss on speed and attention. One meal I could get several drink refills and others I'm lucky to get one when they deliver thr food to the table. The restaurant is clean and most things are in order. The decor makes you feel like you are in the dining room of a small home and you can see right into the kitchen from thr tables. My plate looked amazing I was recommended the agua Fresca de lemon to deal with the heat and omg it was seriously the best lemonade lemonada whatever you'd like to call it i have ever tasted. I live in Woodlake Ca and I'm here in Selma working but the food and service By Annita has been so amazing I am absolutely going to bring my family to try it out :) I look forward to coming back. btw I got the carne asada plate, I haven't tasted such an amazing plate since my childhood it really reminded me of visiting my grandma eating all my favorites . Most of the reviews for this restaurant are old. But the customer service is horrible and wait time for your food is ridiculously too long. If the cooks would talk less and work harder on getting out the food orders this restaurant would be somewhat decent. I do not recommend this restaurant. read more

Came with a friend we were craving some homestyle Mexican cuisine and Beto's delivered. I myself orderd the pollo ala Diablo which is chicken with spicy sauce and it was good and spicy but eatable. My friend enjoyed what they had on special which was camarones rancheros which is shrimp with bell peppers in a sauce. The tortillas were hand made which made it all that better. Fresh ingredients you can tell. I'll be coming back. Just change the tv station next time read more

Went in to eat on 1/8/19 like at 11:00 am... my family and I were visiting from LA , we were on our way back home when we got hungry, my mom insisted that we get mexican food, I checked yelp and that place had a 4.5 rating so we decided to go there, my mom and I got the burrito deluxe and my brother got the Mexican burger, I asked my burrito with no bean but they didn't listen and gave me one with beans, the food was okay but the salsa was not, I read a review saying that the salsa was home made, that was fake because the salsa tasted as if it was sitting in a can for a few months... the soda also had like a cardboard taste in it, everything else was on point like my brothers burger and the fries, I suggest if you go, do not get the red salsa ... oh yeah and nobody wants to see a graphic horror movie with rats and blood when they're eating so please change that.. other than that you're doing good! read more
