We found our bridesmaid dresses so quickly here. They have an amazing selection and were incredibly attentive all along the way. I live out of town so you could imagine it would have added some snags to measurements and ordering but everything ran so smoothly. They even let me charge my phone and bring in champagne to share while we found "the dress." I couldn't have been happier. Flash forward to picking up my dress. There were so many issues with bunching, crooked seams, and seriously small arm holes and uneven sleeve/straps. Upon addressing these concerns, I was told they weren't fixable and perhaps to use double sided tape and wear a bra (mind you neither of those would be a valid solution to the issues). I proceeded to take it to another alterations place who had to rush fix everything, as well as undo what they called "the shortcuts" she took when altering the dress originally. So as much as I'd love to recommend this salon 100% based on them alone. DO NOT have your alterations done there... even the bride in our group had to have her dress fixed.

All my girls have been telling me that the staff have been so rude to them and not friendly at all when they picked up their dresses. They over charged them ALL and I had to tell every single girl to go back and pay the correct price. I believe they are trying to charge people more thinking they are just going to get away with it. In addition to that...all of my bridesmaids dresses are the incorrect sizes. I understand accidentally charging the wrong price once....but 7 times? How hard is it to get something like that right? I just happened to have a bridesmaid that came in a couple months later because she could not do the original date and the dresses were there!
