We found our bridesmaid dresses so quickly here. They have an amazing selection and were incredibly attentive all along the way. I live out of town so you could imagine it would have added some snags to measurements and ordering but everything ran so smoothly. They even let me charge my phone and bring in champagne to share while we found "the dress." I couldn't have been happier. Flash forward to picking up my dress. There were so many issues with bunching, crooked seams, and seriously small arm holes and uneven sleeve/straps. Upon addressing these concerns, I was told they weren't fixable and perhaps to use double sided tape and wear a bra (mind you neither of those would be a valid solution to the issues). I proceeded to take it to another alterations place who had to rush fix everything, as well as undo what they called "the shortcuts" she took when altering the dress originally. So as much as I'd love to recommend this salon 100% based on them alone. DO NOT have your alterations done there... even the bride in our group had to have her dress fixed.

While my assigned stylist was kind and attentive, the rest of the staff displayed poor customer service and a lack of hospitality that made us feel very uncomfortable. Many of the dresses were in poor condition -- worn, torn, or unable to be zipped properly. Additionally, several dresses that were supposed to be available in my size were not. One employee, Mia, was particularly unprofessional and dismissive, providing unclear directions and contributing to an unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, one of my family members overheard her and another employee speaking negatively about us. Then another worker working with a customer was rude to her and was snatching dressed from her. The lack of professionalism was disheartening. What should have been a joyful and memorable occasion turned into a stressful and discouraging experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that these issues can be addressed so other brides do not experience the same disappointment.

Bella Bridal to ask if they happened to have the Mori Lee gown we were searching for. Catherine not only confirmed that they did, but she also found a way to fit us in that same day so my daughter could try it on. Even though the floor model was several sizes too big, Catherine helped her envision exactly how she would look on her special day. She--and the entire B. Ella Bridal team--went above and beyond for us. They even reached out to the designer to ask if a matching veil could be made, since the veil wasn't available in the color of the dress my daughter chose. This past weekend, Kiyana let us know that the designer created the matching veil, and we are absolutely thrilled. It's one more piece of her wedding vision coming to life. Thank you, B. I wanted satin champagne dresses for them to try on as well as a sparkly option for my maid of honor. They had a very poor selection for us to choose from and we felt rushed when we wanted to look at the dresses ourselves. This is why I did not want to state the colors I was considering because then that is what was going to be hard targeted. It would have been nice to be given space to breathe and look around. The experience was 2 stars but I bumped the rating up to 3 because we did find dresses here despite feeling pushed. Another problem was that they never called us when the dresses came in. I just happened to have a bridesmaid that came in a couple months later because she could not do the original date and the dresses were there!
