I completely forgot about my chain when my session was done. I went in to the office on Monday morning hoping they I will get it back, but that did not happen I requested a video image to get a piece of mind and disregard nobody from their office grabbed it or maybe another patient. They called me back telling me they would send me a picture of me putting the chain in my pocket which to me that doesn't prove anything I requested the video for better view. On Wednesday they said they couldn't find the video any more due to them having no memory storage on their camera system that honestly didn't add up!! This is a formal business and cameras should always be recording for any inconvenience. Please be aware!! And DO NOT Remove your jewelry or personal items here as you will not get it back!! According to them the only person that has access to the cameras it's the owner. I spoke to owner and got the same response I will not be going back here after this experience!!

At my first visit, they took my body weight measurement and vitals. Dr. Miyamoto came in and asked about my health history, any issues that I had, and reason for visiting the chiropractor. After, they used electrode therapy and the heated roller bed to relax tense muscles. I went back to the waiting room to see Dr. Chen. He was very knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced. He pointed out all the areas I was misaligned as well as from injuries in the past. After 4 visits, my workouts and daily life felt much more comfortable and I felt more flexible and capable.
