The joys of getting older... I slept with a pillow that must have been too high for me that ended up triggering throbbing headaches and neck/shoulder pain. First I came in for a sprained ankle , the second time for my ankle and my back , and just recently was exclusively for my strained back . Dr Tiet provides extreme attentiveness to my needs and I get the feeling that he understands my issue and tackles the issue head on . I never felt rushed during any of my sessions . I recently tripped down the stairs and fell on my foot/ankle. I was in so much pain from the fall that I knew i needed medical attention right away. I made a few calls and was referred to Dr Tiet. I told him the severity of my pain and really needed to see a doctor right away. Even though he's schedule was full that day, he still fitted me in his scheduled and examine me immediately. I am thankful i went to see him. On the spot he was able to determine that I fractured my foot, tore some ligaments, and sprained my ankle. He advised what procedures to take in my healing process. Not only did he save me money on taking xrays, but he also went of his way to accommodate me. What really impressed me was his follow up and customer service skills. Dr Tiet continued to call and check in to see how I was doing after my examination. All his recommendations really helped speed up my recovery. After a minor car accident that caused my neck to be under strain, I was recommended to visit Dr. Tiet. He's not like any other doctor I've experienced. Most doctors I've experienced, like dentists and optometrists, are money grubbing people who are impatiently waiting for something to go wrong. I've always had these kinds of people try to subliminally get me to purchase something I don't need. Dr. Tiet is someone different. He genuinely wants his patients to get better so he can discharge them. He'll give you two to three "just in case" appointments to make sure the pain hasn't come back. After those appointments, he'll give you a two-week period to come back when the pain flares up again. How much more caring could he get? Who would have thought that lifting for two years and not stretching properly would lead me on a trip to the Chiropractic office? Throughout our examination, Dr. Tiet was able to diagnose my neck problem immediately upon entering the office. He put me through a few back chiropractic machines to help me ease the pain in my shoulder area and we talked about the treatment plan for my neck pain. He was very thorough and very easy to talk to. Dr. Tiet is very well-versed in the world of sports physical injuries. As a fan of boxing and a weight-lifter, he knows the human anatomy well when it comes to physical pain. First visit is $80 and following visits are $50 and there's a spacious parking lot behind the business center. So why not give InnerLink 5 stars? As for chiropractors, I've tried about 6-8 different ones in my local area before coming here 4 years ago (been to over 15 in my life time). I have not been anywhere else since I found this place. The doctor here (Hoc Tiet) is a young professional with plenty of experience and knowledge. He has all the skills and tools to get you up and running right away. He does all sorts chiropractic therapy ranging from electro-therapy to those little machines. A lot of other chiropractors all have the fancy gadgets also but i honestly believe that what separates Hoc from other chiropractors is his knowledge and his ability to communicate his knowledge to you. Unlike other chiropractors, he wants you up and running as fast as you can so you DONT have to come back unless you hurt it again. He'll tell you what's wrong with your back, why you're having the pain that you have, and how you should go about getting healed. He'll even tell you what stretches to do at home! My back pain is so bad its debilitating so if you have those types of pains, you know how important it is to have a good chiropractor that you know is good and reliable. When I first visited Dr. Tiet, I had just been in an auto accident and was experiencing severe pain in my shoulder and neck.
