Although not perfect given the severity of my mom's hearing loss, Robert managed to bring my mom back into the hearing world. My mom and I can actually have nice conversation now. I have been MONTHS trying to get off your mailing list.I have called, gone in person and to the web…read moresite you told me I had to go to to get removed from the list. I have done all of these MORE THAN ONCE! I STILL get two or three mailings a month from Oviatt. I have NEVER Contacted you for an appointment. I DO NOT NEED A HEARING AID. When I went back to the office in person to tell them the online web page they said I had to go to in order to get removed from the mailings, the person at the front desk was RUDE and UNINTERESTED in helping to resolve this. I DON'T WANT YOUR JUNK MAIL AND I AM NOW RE PORTING YOU TO THE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU.

I was impressed. When my needs increased, I sought her out to find she now owner her own business. I made my appointment since I knew I'd put off hearing aids long enough. I was seen by her associate Dr Juliet Stuber who was delightful. She was extremely thorough and slowly & carefully went through my evaluation, testing and comprehensive overview/explanation. She never once ever even mentioned it was time for hearing aids, but rather allowed me to make my own decision etc. i had done a great deal of my own research before this appointment and interviewed many hearing aid customers / patients. We discussed brands, types and features of several type & models and I went with the company my own research suggested. Dr Stuber explained the type & brand were perfect for my hearing loss. NO PUSH, NO SALES PITCH, no pressure, just simple, old fashioned guidance & direction. I'm confident in my choice of company, doctor and equipment.
