This is something that the hospitals don't provide. The Ambulance company in Bay City wanted an unreasonable amount of money and insurance wouldn't pay for this service. I contacted St Christina's EMS and right away was greeted over the phone by a pleasent, helpful young lady who took the time to collect my information and understand my mother-in-law's needs. I was given a fair price for the ambulance service and my Mother-in-law was on her way home within the hour! I highly recommend this company for all of your medical transportation needs!

However, during my visit, one of the dental assistants taking my X-rays put what appeared to be a used bite block in my mouth. It had visible bite marks all over it. As soon as I noticed, I immediately jumped up and asked, "Why would you put that in my mouth when someone else has already used it?" Instead of taking the situation seriously, she laughed it off and said, "Oh, we can give you a new one." I was completely mortified. There should never be a situation where a used item is placed in a patient's mouth, and the response made the experience even worse. I haven't been back since that visit. Based on my experience, I would give zero stars if that were an option.
