I was like dude it's 3 am, you just woke up..normally people are red when they first wake up. I didn't see the swelling at first. Even if I didn't see it at first. He's very in tune with his body and knows it best. We started calling emergency dentists about 6 am. Husband just pretty much walked into this place and they took him right away. Our son has had a tooth abscess before and it moved to under his eye, which could be deadly if the drainage went to his brain. Husband was rightfully paranoid and just wanted to know if it needed to be taken care of ASAP or would he be okay until he gets back to DFW. Long story short. Dr Huynh gave him pain meds and antibiotics. Told him he needed the tooth out soon or retreat of root canal, but nothing immediate. I appreciate the office getting him in quick and Dr reassuring him.

I showed up for the 11 am then they asked me to move the appointment back to 1 bc of an "emergency" I'm already there. Emergencies happen. I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed, deep cleaning, follow up appointments and soon laser surgery. And every visit has been excellent!! The staff are wonderful, welcoming and generous! I had an anxiety attack during my first visit because dental work has always been uncomfortable for me. However, the staff ensured that I was going to be okay based off their personal experiences. They comforted me and made me laugh. They go above and beyond to provide great services. Now, every time I walk in, I walk out with a brighter smile than before . I went to Uno Dental with the Dr. Silman Sayage to repair a stain on my central incisor tooth on…read more02/07/2024 . Dr. Sayage had already treated me for dental cleanings. I explained to him in detail that it was only to remove the superficial filling that was covering the stain on the tooth, I told him that this filling was superficial, that it was not a cavity on the tooth, and I have the tooth stained since I had a supernumerary tooth mounted on that incisor that produced the stain. I asked him not to dig since the piece was good, without cavities or anything. I insisted that just it was an esthetic repair, just superficial because It was just a stain. Dr. Sayage ignored what I told him, he excavated my incisor as if it would have a cavity even though I told him not to do it. For him was easier to cover my stain and treat it as a cavity instead of doing what I asked to do. His attitude was out of place, he even went so far as to say that he is the Dentist! I have been going to the dentist to repair this stain on that tooth for more than 40 years and no one has ever drilled it to fill it, which shows that this Dr. does not listen to his patients and believes he is superior to them. Unfortunately, the damage is done! I had to let him to complete the filling after he drilled. I DO NOT recommend this Dr. for any treatments.

Each time my order was ready to pick up, NO ONE would call me. I had to call and see if my order was ready for pick up. Then the last year, they couldn't get scleral lenses to fit correctly so we switched to RGP contacts and when I continued to tell her they don't fit well and I can't see they said that it was past the time to get them fixed (WHICH WAS ON THEM). So, I ended up with contacts that my insurance paid for, and I had no contacts to see out of. Not to mention I usually have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be called back to be seen. Worst service I have ever received in the 32 years I have worn glasses. I continued going here for a couple of year to see if service got better and it got worse.

I chose this optometry office because it was right next to my local Costco and it accepted my vision insurance. It's a pretty small office inside with 2 exam rooms. The staff and patients were required to wear masks. I was taken to one of the exam rooms and the staff did sanitize all the equipment for the eye exam in front of me. The optometrist who did my eye exam was professional and helpful. He asked me more than once if I still had any questions for him, which was great. My only complaint was that he touched my eyelids during the eye exam with his bare hands. Mind you, he did sanitize them beforehand. I was hoping he'd wear gloves. Overall, I'm still glad I got my eye exam done here.

Called 3 times to make my contacts order. The team member end up emailing me their app with my contact order but the total cost due did not include my insurance benefits. After calling the office manager, the staff member finally called me today. As for billing, I had incurred a charge since last year and was constantly asked about paying it. I explained that there should not be a charge and to please explain what it's for. Finally after 13 months of the back and forth I received notification last week that it was a mistake and I don't owe you. Not sure I'll be back after all the hassle.
