I was rudely told by Payton that THEY (BETTER SOLUTIONS) don't do THAT! When I called Motive Ride yesterday evening I was given a time for pickup by 9:10 A.M. SO, I was trying to be ready by 9:10 but had a couple issues that were running me a little late & my understanding is the driver is to wait at minimum 15 minutes from pick up time which would've made it 9:25 & I was out there by 9:17! My driver became extremely RUDE TO ME & it doesn't matter to them that I walk on crutches & battling Lung cancer!!

Patient had an appointment at 2pm was just an exam and we contacted them at 2:25 for pick up. It's now 4:34pm and it's one excuse after another along with a "disconnection" on their end. How is this acceptable? And then to say that you were waiting outside!!!!! I can't even find the appropriate words for this company and if they're getting paid by medicare...then money is just being given to a no good for nothing establishment, if they deserve to be called an establishment.

The problem is they are very disorganized. The dispatcher is in Colombia she is under paid and vasco dosent pay her on time so she goes without to bed some nights she cofesesed to me. he also held my last check and gave me the run around until i got really in his face about it the guy is a big pussy cat after all trying to be ruler haha !!! He never does meetings with drivers , drivers are under trained. I wasn't trained. I just learned to buckle the wheel chairs to van and that's it. They are costantly changing drivers because nobody stays for good due to their lack of administration. nemt drivers are supposed to know CPR and other things. I never got a course on it. when the gas prices went up they started asking for gas reciepts big time! I would send them some but some I could not so when he brought it up, I went up to his office and told him that they never paid me with a payment structure so we're on the same boat you want your receipts and I want my payment structure! and i never got it .the guy that trained me is handicap himself. He has limited walking abilities and he also drives one of the vans they were hiring people from a nursing home to drive the vans that had more problems than the patients we were supposed to drive to their appointments but either way I think I just wanted to get a bird view of the business.any way its ok but they are rip offs customer complained to me !

They often get pick up times confused. They disturb the driver with phone calls while he is driving.

I'd read some complaints, so I was a little apprehensive when I booked with them, but can't imagine how anything could have been better.
