SO, I was trying to be ready by 9:10 but had a couple issues that were running me a little late & my understanding is the driver is to wait at minimum 15 minutes from pick up time which would've made it 9:25 & I was out there by 9:17! My driver became extremely RUDE TO ME & it doesn't matter to them that I walk on crutches & battling Lung cancer!!
