Business is lucky our child wasn't seriously hurt With the weather being so cold, my wife and I were looking for an indoor place to take or 18 month old. We came across Bette's, as it's right down the road from our house. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful front desk staff as it was our first time coming. They recommended us the toddler town area and said it would be the best fit for his age. In the beginning he was really enjoying himself and loved exploring all the different activities in that area. Out of nowhere, children that were much older than toddlerhood (1-3 years old) - Came in and started playing really rough, sprinting into the bounce area of toddler town, no concern for younger kids in that space. As our child was trying to navigate that bounce area in toddler town, a boy who looked to be about 5-6 years old, that we didn't know, as well as having ZERO parent supervision at that time, grabbed our 18 month old, slammed him down and held him on the ground. The child thought this was funny and laughed, as our son was screaming and crying trying to get out of the hold. It was at this point that my wife and I leaned over and had to holler multiple times to get this kid to let go of out son. Staff in the area just stood there, less that 6 feet away, like nothing was happening. If the area is for a certain age range, children above that age range should not be playing in that area for this reason. Parents need to keep an eye on their children. There needs to be better care and concern for the younger kids. Pretty bummed about the whole experience as its really close to our home, heard such great things and aren't sure if we will return because of this. Hope this helps. read more

Slow down as your driving to find this place or you'll miss it! You can see the sign from the road but the building doesn't look anything like you'd expect from the outside. It looks like your going to an office building. There's a small sign on the front door with the name of the place but i'm telling you slow down or you'll be driving round and round trying to find what's right in front of you! By far the BEST indoor play spot on the planet! I thought i had been to some pretty good ones but this one tops them all! A lot of them make you pay for each adult but here you only have to pay for your children and it's only $9! You can't beat that for a place where you can stay as long as you want and bring your own food! Just a quick note that if you want to bring a cake you have to rent out party space. Other than that you can bring your own food or have food delivered. They even give you a free game card with a few credits on it to try out a game or two. You can then pay to load it at the kiosh to play more games. They have literally everything a child's heart desires here! Just check out the photos. There's a separate area for toddlers and smaller children. I loved that I saw staff walking the floor all throughout the day to keep things tidy. If I was a child you'd have to drag me out kicking and screaming because i'd never want to leave! read more

Took my kids here. Really nice kids play place. They have bouncy castles, arcade games, soft play areas, etc. The place and nice and clean and more importantly, not overly crowded. Admission is $10 per kid and includes a card to use for the arcade with some credits loaded onto it. So the price is pretty reasonable. I would definitely take my kids here again. Really really not great. Extremely filthy play environments. The staff "watching" the kids play for safety could give two fucks and they were on their phones the whole time. Every single arcade, pinball, video game etc was at least $1 each, it's $5 for 20 credits. Each game is 4 credits or more. You're already paying to get in, why nickel and dime us more? The party staff who was supposed to help up with setup and breakdown were nonexistant until the VERY end of the party. The decor inside goes from completely overwhelming to nightmare inducing. The pictured "Elmo" ruined some of the kids in our group. I can't be that tough on them though. Easy to find, packed away in an industrial park in a good area. Easy parking. Multiple kid friendly clean bathrooms. A dedicated private changing area. A dark chill out room for kids throwing a tantrum. And a nice rocking chair every five feet or so. Figured this place needed a new review. We attended a birthday party here this weekend. The best thing I can say is the party deals are great. The young staff rushed through the party and couldnt even have a smile on their face as they did it. They started cleaning up before we even finished. It was before our time was up before they had us out of the room. The floors are disgusting and the bathrooms have rust stains in places they dont belong. It doesnt feel clean at all. The party room we were in had a filthy floor and the tables werent even wiped down before our party started. I thought i was missing out by never having been before but clearly i was not. read more

Went today with my son (2 yr old) had no idea there was a Christmas event. The event should've been exclusive to employees and their family as they were the only winners for the drawings. I watched as the employees went through and chose the names. They did not pull from a box or hat, they opened each card, laid them out and picked the ones they wanted. The owner is what really made me want to write this review, he was very strange the whole time but when my son was waiting in line he allowed his son to skip the line for Santa, then proceeded to put a large gift behind Santa's back and have him give it to his kid. Santa didn't give any other kids toys so it was very strange to do that in the middle of the day in front of other children who were gonna wonder why Santa didn't give them anything. My sons 2 so he didn't really care or notice lol, i just felt maybe he should've done that at the start of the day or at the end of the day. My son did have fun here but it wasn't very clean. Old food ( crusty pizza) by the red and yellow slide at the top, very very dusty. There are a lot of places like this one so i will be exploring them moving forward. read more

We had a great experience here on a Saturday for a 7th birthday party. The play space was large but seemed to be closed for the array of birthday parties. It was very well organized with food and cake at the end and a dedicated table/touchdown space to come back to. The jungle gyms and bounce houses were for all different ages, and each child received a money card to use on games. Our two year old enjoyed the toddler area, while our four and six year old went on the larger jungle gyms. I felt like the space was large enough that they could run around and have fun independently, but we were still able to spot and supervise. I would definitely come back for a birthday party, or just to visit, in the future. read more

I'll start with the good stuff. It was a decent size and there was enough climbing and bouncy stuff for the kids to have a good time. The staff was also friendly. The bad is a much longer list. I had two 3 year old children with me. The website says that only children 10 and under are allowed in the climbing and bounce structures. Today, I saw many children def over the age of 10 everywhere. There is a toddler area (4 and under) that constantly had older kids in it, including in the bounce house for the littles. The one employee walked by and saw them multiple times without saying anything. I had to find him and ask him to tell the kids they can't be in there if they are over the age of 4. He told me had to do something else first. After about 5 more mins watching these older kids almost kick the little ones in the face and bouncing into them, I told them myself they need to go in the other areas and that they are too old for this area. Another 5-10 mins later, the employee came back and asked if they left. I told him that I took the initiative to ask them to leave the toddler area. He did apologize. However, everywhere else was not at all safe for toddlers to be. My three year old told me that someone stepped on his back when he was trying to go down the slide. The two toddlers I had with me and a couple others there tried to bounce in the Batman bounce house and it got taken over by older, much bigger kids. It was not safe for our little kids and we ended up having to get them out. This place had three teenagers running it and no one enforced any rules. all of these examples continued to happen over and over through the course of two hours. I will never be back here and if you care about your toddlers being trampled I would find somewhere else to go. read more

The birthday party we went to had the entire place rented out. I didn't look in the VIP/ private room so my review is based solely on the public area and with no other kids around except for our own party. The place is much larger than I expected and had plenty for everyone of all ages. Most of the time when I go to these bounce parties, I sit around and watch all the kids having a blast wishing I could join in. I was able to do that here. Yep! 30 year old me bouncing, playing video games, and just being able to be a kid. There is a gaming console which had both play station and xbox games. I got up right in there playing dance central 4. There is an infant section for those 4 and under and since no one else was there, took my 1 year old nephew in and started to bounce with him. Never heard him laugh so much. There's plenty of other bounce and play including a basketball one which I of course had a blast with. Some other highlights included an air hockey table, a few arcade games, some mechanical ride ons for the little ones, and plenty of decor for cool selfies. One of the things that stood out was that you could bring in your own food and drinks even though they had a snack bar. It is really far for us but would actually consider renting the place out for a future party. Again, this review is based on the fact that we had the entire place to ourselves so unable to comment on what it's like when it's open to the public. read more

I took my niece (3 y/o) and nephew (2 y/o) here for a birthday party yesterday for a 4 year old. It's such a cool place and they had a blast. We were supposed to be there from 1-3:00 but we ended up staying until 5:45. That's just how much fun they were having. There was just so many rides and activities keeping them occupied and I was so excited. I just know they were thinking I'm the coolest auntie ever. Since we were there for a party we had pizza, hoagies and loads of cakes. I didn't look into the place to see if it sold food or not. I'll keep this place in mind the next time my sister is looking for a place to hold a party at a venue for toddlers and don't want to go to Chucky E Cheese, I for one am tired of the dang mouse . I was really feeling this place for allowing their guest to bring outside food. The kids truly enjoyed themselves by the time we got in the car and they were in their car seats both of them were sleeping. read more

When me and my family first arrived seemed like a great place for the kids..upon entering you find out removing shoes is optional for the adults. Why???? The under 4 section should be mandatory for no shoes at all!!! If not for safety If an adult steps on a kids hand or feet. But for the spreading of germs!!!! No staff except for the bounce house to regulate anything. Even the kids were wearing shoes in the play areas. Only bright spot is the young lady working in the food court when I visited for the 1st time while visiting from NY...on Oct 13th she provided great customer service. Great place to take your kids. The place expanded to have not only bounce houses but also a tube crawling thing (yea, I have no idea what those things are called). So, now they have bounce houses, tube thing, a toddler play area, and tons more arcade games. I've been here a few times already. One time was for a private event where the entire place was rented out. Love that you have that option to make your party more intimate. Not sure how pricey it is, but during the private event, you do you have option of bringing in your own food and drinks which could save you some money. One thing I do suggest is that they need more restrooms. For a place this large and meant for kids and only have 2 bathrooms, this could be a serious problem. Some kids have tiny bladders and to have to hold it while someone is in there changing their babies for about 15-20 minutes pretty much is horrible! I haven't had this problem yet, but I have seen other parents who have. read more

This is a hidden gem I took my kids here for some quick indoor fun lots to do for the little ones mine are 1 and 7yrs, I was shock to see it's only 10$ which also comes with game card. I wouldn't recommend this place to kids over 12 but the games alone were great for older children it's also a play area for kids 3 and under as well as a designated birthday area which was very affordable!! Only thing I would recommend is maybe the allow the place to air out a bit better I could smell the moisture/ odor from the mop they use to clean with or spaying Lysol would help read more

This place is really big and soooo much fun. Came here for my cousin's son's birthday and had a blast. Just seeing the smile on my son's face made it 100% worthwhile of a loooong drive. When I first walked in, I saw that my cousin had a whole bunch of asian food laid out and beer in coolers. I was shocked that the place allowed parties to bring own food and drinks considering they had food and drinks that is sold there. I thought it was awesome they allowed that. But, maybe because they did rent out the whole place after hours. The place closes at 5-6 on Sunday and he had his party at 6:30. The fun center is filled with tons of bouncy houses, arcades, playstation, xbox, basketball, and mini coin rides. There's really something to do here for all ages. My son just turned one and loved it! There's an area that only allows kids 4 and under. It was great bc I could let him run loose without having to worry about him being trampled by adults. He went into the bouncy house with his aunt and went on slides. I wish I could post videos because I have never seen him smile so much. Staff was great as well. One person was walking around vaccuuming and cleaning. Glad I saw that bc I knew they like to keep the place clean. Others were walking around seeing if everything was ok. My daughter loved coming here with her friends the other weekend. It was very big with a lot of fun activities to keep the kids stimulated. Easily able to find my kid from where I was seated and was able to relax watching them have a good time. I even enjoyed having fun playing some of the games and activities with her. Bette's is good for my nearly 3 year old but he took a while to warm up- at 2 he really wasn't interested. Now, he LOVEs going down the slides, trying to win at some of the video games and eating the pizza! There are inflatables for all sized kids and it's a little crazy because no one polices the little kid area so sometimes bigger kids come in- and that's tough to deal with. It gets really busy with birthday parties but there is a VIP room if you want more privacy. We haven't been during a party- we just walk up and pay. Two parents are free with each kid. My son really enjoyed it here. The prices were reasonable and we went before the afternoon peak. My only minor complaint is that there are teenagers working the play areas and they just stand there. I found myself having to tell kids not to gather at the top of the large slides and not to climb up the slides the opposite way. The young lady was just standing there on her phone. I was uncomfortable because you never know how parents may respond when you're telling there kids what to do; right or wrong. Other than that, it's great place for indoor fun. read more

Just stumbled upon this place through yelp. It was so much fun! We took our two year old who really enjoyed herself also. Some pros were that you only paid for your child, it was very clean and well maintained, they had a place for parents to hang out and watch tv or free wifi. This is a great family friendly spot to go! The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is their mask policy. During the pandemic, they don't require kids to wear masks which I thought was absurd as there were 10 year olds running around no masks. Kinda grossed me out. Just had my 3rd event here last night. My 1st was 9 years ago, 2nd was a private party 3 years ago and last nite we decided once again to do a private party due to having a large family and numerous friends. As always, staff was super helpful and friendly. They assisted with unloading my car and offered to help with setup. I felt bad they had to stay late and deal with the foolishness of my friends and family Anything we needed, they made sure we had. I liked that the staff really paid attention so for example if a big kid was in the small kid area, the staff would ask them to leave or if someone stopped at the top of the slide, the staff would encourage them along. Once again Bettes Family Fun Center staff knocked it out of the park!!!!! Over -the-top servive by general manager Maranda and her staff!!!!! My husband is a chef and I am a waitress ......so we have a special preference for detail! They turned the entire fun center around in 15 minutes and put together the idea I showed them for my daughter's TinkerBelle party. Yes, Bett's Family Fun Center is a kids play zone, but Maranda and her staff helped for an amazingly quick turn around to make a beautiful princess theme set -up. They never sisappoint! I brought my 2 year old and 8 month old here with my mom and sister and I could not have been more impressed with our experience. Not only was the place amazing and filled with so many SAFE things for my toddler to play with, but my baby could be pushed around in one of their little cars that they have their (very convenient). Our experience was better than ever before though thanks to one employee in particular, Ashley!! Seriously if she is not a manager or something there she should be! She was so friendly and professional and helped us with absolutely everything we needed there. From the great food we ordered (that she set up for us and explained about the time pizza delivery), to letting me know that my kids get to pick a prize on the way out! Who knew?!? I had been here a few times before but honestly this last experience was the best ever, thanks to her. They definitely need more employees like her (most places do!) Place is big, filled with lots of moon bounces and jungle gyms. A lot of games. Good for all ages. I had fun going on the big slide with my daughter. A couple of concerns or missed expectations: 1) there was this HORRIBLE, Foul smell throughout the whole building. I felt sick after I left. 2) I didn't buy any food, but the pizza was burnt and snack bar had limited choices. 3) i felt like we paid 9$ cover to get into a fancy arcade. All the arcade games required extra money. 4) everything seemed at least 7 yrs old, including equipment. Overall it was a pretty good time and my daughter had a blast. Love this place. Had my daughters 3rd birthday there last year. This year my daughter requested a party here again. Sadly, it was cancelled due to the state wide closures. We will be rescheduling when they do re-open. The facility reached out before they even knew they would be closed and offered multiple options for us to get through this tough time. I've been taking our kids here since they were two, great location and they're always happy to come. My only gripe is that availability of food is very spotty, either it isn't made or certain things are only available for parties. For a place that opens, just before the lunch hour, this makes it difficult to maintain kid happiness. However I highly recommend this place so just try and fill up your kids before you arrive. read more

Awesome fun place for my 2 year old. Socks on at all times required. My son had sandals on and didn't wear socks the day we visited. They had complimentary socks which was awesome. Extremely toddler friendly. Lots of bouncers for the kids to play, a few kiddie single person rides and a few arcade came. My son had lots of fun and didn't want to leave. Held onto the front door and would not release the handle. lol $7 bucks to play. They had food as well. Pizza and hot dogs but we didn't eat there.
