The 'Yoba Burger Deluxe' is a half-pound of absolutely fresh, never-frozen (eat your heart out, Wendy's) Nebraska beef, char-grilled to perfection...and you can get it rare if you want! (They also serve great steaks, but I find steaks to be the burger's pretentious older brothers.) So, listen, if you're heading to the nearby Black Hills of South Dakota, or the world-famous Sturgis Bike Week or making a pilgrimage to the majesty of Carhenge in Alliance, Nebraska or otherwise wandering around the Panhandle, you won't find many food options (other than fast food, of course -- there's a Subway in most of these small towns). I found this place on Yelp and decided it was my kind of place. Downtown is cool with a nice promenade along the "creek". I ordered a "build your own" breakfast sandwich with ham, Swiss, and egg on a croissant. It was incredible. Coffee great too. But best off all are the employees who are going out of their way to make sure everything is fine! I can't wait to revisit Hot Springs and this place.
