The 'Yoba Burger Deluxe' is a half-pound of absolutely fresh, never-frozen (eat your heart out, Wendy's) Nebraska beef, char-grilled to perfection...and you can get it rare if you want! (They also serve great steaks, but I find steaks to be the burger's pretentious older brothers.) So, listen, if you're heading to the nearby Black Hills of South Dakota, or the world-famous Sturgis Bike Week or making a pilgrimage to the majesty of Carhenge in Alliance, Nebraska or otherwise wandering around the Panhandle, you won't find many food options (other than fast food, of course -- there's a Subway in most of these small towns).
