This will not be my place, unfortunately. The salon is cute and the people were very friendly ,so I was hopeful. It was really strange when they just laid me back in the chair right out in the open in front of everyone! The place I'm used to going takes you to a private room where you lay down on a bed and they give you warm blankets to cover up . It makes it very relaxing , while they work their magic. Here it was cold and it felt really strange to lay back in an uncomfortable chair , out in the open , in front of everybody , to have the service done! I do wish I would've left before having it done, now. Unfortunately, my right eyelashes took, but my left eye did not! So now I am stuck, looking very strange with my right eyelashes curled, and my left lashes not! . I haven't called to complain because I know I can't get it redone. I have to wait the course of a few months until the solution is off of my lashes to return to the place that does do a great job. I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye. I do want to end on a positive note , saying that the girls were very friendly and the salon looked cute and clean so maybe try it for a different service but not the lash lift and tint!

The studio is so clean and bright, looking out to a great view. I appreciated Hannah for her gentleness and long span of attention. It's a scary feeling when someone works on your eye with several tools. Her phone rang a couple times but she held her unwavering attention. How professional :) Although she knew I was only a visitor for the weekend, she still treated the work like I could return next month. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you, Hannah!

Tonia knew exactly what to do. And, it takes a special person who can chat with you for 1.5 hrs while your eyes are closed. She's the best and I am actually looking forward to going back for my fills. Everyone there was so friendly: welcoming me to the neighborhood, giving suggestions and reccos for everything from best food to a nearby vet. Pro tip: they're located to the right of the garden center and the dentist - go up the ramp. I don't think the building has their name on it (or at least I didn't see) - It's called the sunny time building. Or something time building. But it's easy once you know where to go - great location. Now I'm literally in brow rehabilitation! Is her price above average? Yes it's a bit steep, but remember you get what you pay for. Aside from leaving with beautiful and gorgeous brows every time, Natalia really treats you. She wipes your face with a moist and scented towelette, after waxing, gives you a light massage on your brows and temples, and then puts cold towels on your face to help with the redness. If that's not top notch eyebrow service... idk what is! As for the location it's a super cute "studio" style two story loft. There's an adjoined salon on the first floor which I believe operates separately. It is a little difficult to find, but when you find the building it is the last place on the the far left. Love coming here and she's worth the money. Just make sure to make your appointments with time (like I'll be doing) because she's always pretty much booked days in advance.

I wish I would have gotten the young woman's name and asked for the price up front. This woman botched my eye brows then tried to throw make up over top of it. Then proceeds to charge me $30.00 for it. I asked for a clean up. Now my eye brows are uneven and chipped. It's as if she has never threaded eye brows before. I could have done a better job waxing my own and I suck lol but at least I know basic symmetry . 2 days later I know have scabs underneath both eyes from her cutting me with the threat. This is amateur work and should be free if she is still in practice mode.
