If I could give this place a zero I would. Last week I made an appointment for Brow Lamintation and eyelashes. The appointment was today, prior to me going I received confirmation emails this weekend. I get there and I found out from the lady that owns a hair salon next door that the woman that did lashes was MIA for about three months. Thank God I didn't leave a deposit. Then to add to the shenanigans I received a email that my 11 o'clock appointment was cancelled. I guess Casper the friendly ghost monitors her email. One thing about me is that I'm always early for my appointments and I give generous tips for a job well done. This is the first time I have ever experienced some crap like this. My daughter went there to her her lashes done for Prom, the day before prom. Chloe did them (200$) Only took 30 mins for a full set, but they looked nice. I'll admit I was impressed but shortly after leaving her eyelashes on one eye were in different directions, some had fallen out. The other eye still looked good. I Kept calling Chloe and she wouldn't answer. Drove there and they were closed. So i decided to call from another phone. She answers first try, says she's on vacation in Fla and she cant get anyone to fix the. Found another place to fix them.Save your money go somewhere else! 200$ for lashes that looked great for a a few hours and she never apologized or offered to try to make it right. Ugh not a fan. I've had lashes done for years and came here to try a new spot. Lashes look cheap and all same size. Not natural looking at all. Took over an hour and they didn't even look full. Way more expensive than other places. The salon itself is beautiful and staff is nice. Just wouldn't go back. read more

Amazing lashes! I've been going to my local lash place forever but lately it has been impossible to get an appointment :( I was really scared to try another lash bar but Betty Grable Lash & Brow Bar is excellent! It's located in this salon mini-mall next to Old Navy where there are hair places, makeup places, vending machines, and bathrooms. I was really happy with my volume lashes! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was a customer of Chloes's for over 2 years, back to when she was doing lashes out of a room in bay shore. Over time she has become more popular and no longer shows interest in keeping customers happy. I have made appointments with her and when I arrive, I'm given to someone else. Not even a courtesy text from her. (She remembered to text me on days she'd like me to come in earlier or a time more convenient for her). The last straw was when she moved my appointment (with her) to someone else AGAIN and the lashes didn't last a week. I texted her. Asking her to fix them since I originally booked with her. She suggested the same lash tech fix them on the upcoming Monday (which I told her I'd prefer she fix them.. no reply). When I showed up Monday she was very defensive and told me that I shouldn't have shown up and she didn't text back because she has a life. I asked for my money back and she told me "go somewhere else". I told her no problem once I get my money back she'll never see me again! She called the cops and said she felt threatened by me and that I was refusing to leave her business. After an awkward 5 mins she refunded me my $120 and I left just as I said I would before the police arrived for such a scary customer like myself. *sarcasm* Recorded everythin. read more

The first time I went here i went to get a classic set and they gave me hybrid, which i didn't want. After that i just stuck with it since i was use to the way it looked at that point and kept going there. It was closer then the last place i went to and they had good recess so i didn't mind the extra charge. After several months It was getting a too pricey for the amount of fill ins i had to get. I paid $120 w tip every time i went there for a hybrid fill in which was every 2-2 1/2 weeks because they kept falling out. They were rushed and took only a 1/2 hour to do a fill in when half my eyelashes have fallen out. They claim to do every lash coverage but don't even do every other half the time. Multiple of my real lashes were glued to one extension and some extensions were glued together half the time. :( read more

Buyer Beware! The lashes are just horrible... they started falling out within 24 hours....I needed a fill within one week! and she is unhygienic... She's quick because she doesn't take her time with her clients and she glues the lashes into the skin. In addition, she can be annoying, she snorts a lot and while doing your lashes she is always holding back boogers while she's IN your face! My experience in this establishment was terrible. I had hylauronic lip filler. It was described to me as "painless" and minimally invasive, "no swelling" The treatment was extremely painful. I contacted the technician Chloe many times, as my lips were black post procedure, swollen and hurt for over one week, weeks later, my lips are scarred with LUMPS. The owner asked for photos and videos which I provided immediately, I did not ask for any kind of reimbursement, I only for her advice on what to do to alleviate the lumps. She was impatient and bothered, suggested nothing other than me contacting a dermatologist to dissolve the product. This was a $400 treatment. Dissolving the product would cost another $300, and several injections due to the amount of lumps around my lips. Chloe never responded to my calls or messages. This is unprofessional and unethical. I was hurt and the owner ignored the calls. Sadly, after many attempts to rectify this situation, I would never recommend the hylauronic lip treatment with Chloe, or this establishment to anyone. read more

I just left today by referral from my sister. I had cluster lashes and many holes due to pulling them out. Chloe not only did a full set of lashes she blended it all in perfectly. I came home and normally it's not full enough. She did and amazing throughout job. Very quick too!! Which is a plus since I have two little ones. I came for a full set of Volume Eyelash Extensions today from Chloe. I found her on social media, her lash work far surpassed anyone else's I've seen on Long Island. When I arrived, Chloe was very friendly and extremely professional. She greeted me with a smile and welcomed me into her studio.
