Only half of the stations are being used, each one separated by shower curtains between areas and plexiglass between staff member and client. My temperature was taken upon arrival and hand sanitizer was pumped into my hands as well. The colors are covered by a clear curtain so you point to your color and your technician grabs it for you. Each staff member wears gloves, a mask, and a face shield (or their eyeglasses). I just got here and I'm already so at ease with what I see. Lots of cleaning is happening between customers of course and everything is individually wrapped. Grateful for this long overdue pedicure to be completely stress free!! Happy early birthday to me!

The polish was applied lumpy she overfiled. In certain spots where there divots in the Nail and she had no idea how to fix it. My brows are quite light, but now I am missing half an eyebrow on one side and looked ridiculous. I called and spoke to the receptionist as soon as I got home when I realized what I looked like. She was apologetic and offered me points for a free wax! It will be months if ever that I have enough hairs to even wax and would be hesitant to go back again. I get my brows done to make my life easier. Now I am forced to search for products to help fill in the missing hairs and can't go out without spending extra time to make myself presentable! Ughhh I just received a phone call from Kim, the manager, at European Wax regarding my experience a few days ago. She could not have been more understanding and concerned regarding my complaint and offered to make it right as best that she could. I truly appreciate the phone call and the manner in which my complaint was handled. To start, they took me 15 minutes late. I had a reservation for 5:00 PM. Not only was I on time for my reservation, but I was early. They did not take me until about 5:17. MEANWHILE their "late policy" is if you are 9 minutes late, you'll be marked as a "no show." Okay. Well what about if THEY are late taking you for a scheduled reservation?
