My brow stylist, Raffaella, was great! Before the wax came out she asked me questions and listened to exactly what I wanted. Ultimately she was very detail oriented when it came to shaping my brows and I'm very happy with how they turned out. LLB recently renovated, too. It is very pricey for mediocre work. Easily offended workers if you ask them to fix it. Very poor quality work and terrible vibe. If you're going to spend money on your eyebrows, do not go to this salon. I had to pluck more than 10 hairs after I left. They refused to fix them and use the excuse that they were ingrown hairs. I am over 50 years old and been getting my eyebrows done for many years. I know what an ingrown hair is and they were not ingrown. I easily pluck them out after I left the salon.I moved to Suffolk County a few years ago looking for a good place. I never had a problem in Queens and paid very little money.Also My daughters eyebrows were literally looking like Eddie Munster. They did not make a shape I had to ask her nicely to redo and she questioned me and questioned my daughter giving us a hard time and wanting to leave them big and messy. I don't know why they are getting such positive feedback, but the girl we went to is always open that might mean that she is the one that does bad work so if you go to the salon make sure it's someone you have to wait a couple weeks for! read more

My past two recent visits for lash tint I used Alina. She is so so sweet, remembered details I said durning my first appointment with her which was very nice. She knows my eyes are sensitive and kept checking on me durning the process. My tint lasted over a month on my very blonde lashes. I was very happy with them. I also for the first time tried lash extensions. I used Kendal and did a fullish cat eye set and it was so relaxing durning the appointment since it is over an hour. You could tell she kept double checking her work at the end and adding more lashes if needed. They look long and full but look so natural at the same time. She did a great job and I hope they last me the 2-3 weeks ! read more

I only received lashes in the middle 2/3 of my eye and actually had to go back the next day to have several lashes added because it looked so comical the way it was done the first time. My left brows wing is shorter but she also tinted the brow that really filled in the wing and such a difference! They look so much more fuller and received so many compliments without telling anyone!
