I entered the store and I was the only customer in there. I was stared at upon entrance with absolutely no greeting. No one asked if I needed help, they just went back to what they were doing as if I was an annoyance or a bother to be in their store. I had to go ask for help and when I did they were short and acted as if it was a bother to pull samples. I left with my samples and returned them shortly after. My interior designer ended up going in and ordering the wallpaper for me and when I picked it up upon its arrival they were still rude and unwelcoming. No greeting, just stared at me when I walked in and I was, again, they only person in the whole store. While they have a good selection, but the customer service is horrible and they are not friendly. Really sad for such a small business that has been in Smyrna for so many years.
