The cinematography in the Odyssey was breathtaking! I'm so glad we chose this theater with these seats! We bought a humongous tub of popcorn, churros and fountain drinks. Hello heated Box Seats! The only downside is the concessions appeared to be short staffed. The lines seemed unusually long yet we didn't really miss much of the movie due to the amount of previews. The rinks are cold and seating is wide and comfortable. I love how open the space is and that you can buy coffee there and they have a restaurant upstairs. Customer service is poor, but it is easy to get access to and park. Watching my gdtr skate was such a treat! The only thing that would have made this an even better experience is if I didn't have to listen to a mother sitting next to me degrade her child on the ice! This small girl whom I thought was doing great and practicing her moves was so defeated and degraded by her mother that it broke my heart! I had to listen to this women be SO mean I almost wanted to slap her! This aside I think this rink is an excellent establishment and fun was had by all!

The flash flood exhibit was neat to experience with the water rushing down the rocks aggressively. Also, I had no idea there were animals outside such as the tortoise, gray fox, insects, and other desert animals! We loved just walking around a not-so-crowded museum for once. The gift store also has a bunch of cool stuff like a kids explorer vest, bighorn sheep plushie, and lavender and desert garden items.

You can also get on an old train and learn about history of Las Vegas. Outside, there is a playground, and a few animals so it kind of feels like a little mini zoo. They also have a cafe which we tried and was decent. One thing I really like is that they have different activities and workshops on certain days so it doesn't feel like you're doing the same thing every time you visit. On our last visit, they had an insect workshop with a UNLV student who taught the kids about different bugs. At the end, they got to make their own little bug hotel, really cute! They had also added a dinosaur exhibit where they had moving dinasaurs and a place where kids could draw and put it in a 3D computer and turn their drawing into a walking dinasour. Pretty cool for kids. So this is a great place to spend a few hours. It's fun and educational at the same time.

I have never been so grateful for another human being in my life!! He saw my son struggling and personally brought my son his very own headphones to wear. Only an angel does something like that. They had his name on them so I am sure it's the pair he brings to use when things get loud. But instead, he brought them to my son and without them, we would had to leave. Instead, my son loved the show. He even made sure to warn us everytime there was going to be a really loud part like the fireworks at the end. Mitch turned the show from something my child and I would probably never get to watch, into a wonderful memory for our family. They don't provide any sauces or butter, but everything had enough flavor.. especially because this is more about the experience not just the dinner. The comfortable, smartly constructed theater inside of Park MGM is where Usher performed and boy did Usher perform! For nearly two full hours, the crowd, which reached to the rafters, was treated to hit after hit from every Usher album ever made. We received Usher singing and grooving in all of his 45 year old fineness on four wheel skates, in a silk robe, rocking cool shades, busting out a handstand, in a glittery leather, being a flirt, a playboy, a lover and a cheater. There are so many sides to this legendary singer and we were blessed with them all. At one point during the VERY SEXY show, Usher stepped off of the stage, walked into the middle of the super adoring crowd and stayed there serenading us for a good while. The acoustics were superb as were his XXX dancers and his band. There were giant screens on each side of the stage so that nobody missed one moment of Usher's singing, dancing greatness, no matter how far they were from the stage. The Usher Residency in Las Vegas is the first concert that I say in all seriousness that I would be happy to go to again. I didn't get to grab any of the "Usher Bucks" that were unexpectedly blasted from a confetti machine in the end but still the greatest concert ever!
