When my steak arrived, Mary Beth took one look at it and thought it might be a little overcooked. Before serving it, she asked me to cut into it and make sure it was right. While it was still somewhat pink, it was a little drier than I prefer. I was prepared to eat it anyway, but she immediately insisted on having it remade. The second steak was perfect and absolutely worth the wait. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way I wanted it. Honestly, it was a 20 out of 10! It had me doing a happy dance at the bar, and I'm still thinking about it days later. The food was amazing, but what truly made the experience memorable was Mary Beth's attention to detail and outstanding customer service. I already felt uncomfortable with that, and unfortunately, what happened next validated my concern. When I went to close my tab, staff could not locate my credit card for approximately 15 minutes. The bartender eventually told me that her manager had taken my card "to the back." While they had my credit card in their possession, I began receiving multiple fraudulent purchase attempts on that same credit card totaling close to $1,000. Given the timing and the fact that my card was out of my possession and could not be located for an extended period while in the custody of Dave & Buster's staff, I am extremely concerned that my card information was compromised there. I will be filing a police report and reporting the incident through the appropriate corporate channels. My advice to anyone visiting this location: do not allow them to hold your credit card. Do not leave your card behind the bar to keep a tab open. Pay as you go or use another payment method.

Parents of children with disabilities -- please be aware before bringing your family here…read more As the mother of a child with disabilities, I am extremely disappointed and honestly heartbroken by the way my family was treated at the Pinball Hall of Fame. I actually knew some of the history of this place and was HAPPY to see that it survived such a difficult period. During the pandemic, its future was in jeopardy, and people stepped up to help support the effort to complete the new building, move the collection, and keep this piece of Las Vegas history alive. Knowing that history makes our experience even more disappointing to me. You would think that a place that was shown so much generosity and grace when it needed help would extend some of that same grace and understanding to the families who walk through its doors. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We came here expecting a fun, family-friendly experience. Instead, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The first issue was being told that my husband could not assist our son while he was playing. My son sometimes needs additional help and guidance, which is exactly why both my husband and I were right there actively supervising him. Then we were approached again and told that our son could not be moving around, running, or touching things. I completely understand having rules. I understand protecting these machines. And I absolutely understand that parents need to supervise their children. We were supervising him. What made the situation even more upsetting was seeing other children moving around, jumping, and behaving like children without their families appearing to receive the same treatment ours did. When you're raising a child with disabilities, something as simple as taking your child somewhere fun can already require extra planning, patience, redirection, and supervision. Parents like us aren't asking businesses to have no rules. We're asking for a little understanding when a child may need additional support meeting those rules. If children are expected to behave as though they're walking through an adult museum or antique showroom, then please make that clear to families before they enter. Don't promote an experience for the "entire family" and then make a family feel unwelcome when a supervised child struggles. I'm posting this because other parents of children with disabilities deserve to know about our experience before deciding whether this is an appropriate place for their family. We were standing right there with our son. We were supervising him. We were redirecting him. We were trying to let him experience and enjoy something that was supposed to be fun. Instead, we left feeling singled out, embarrassed, frustrated, and incredibly unwelcome. After learning how much support and generosity helped this place continue, I genuinely wanted to support it too. But after the way my family was treated today, I don't think I will ever come back. I truly hope management addresses how families, particularly families with children who may need a little more patience and understanding, are treated here. No parent should leave a supposed family attraction feeling the way we did today.

We sat in aisle 15, row E, seats 9 and 10. The tickets were about $55 each. They were about three roes back from the visitor bench. To see all of the action from these guys who make from $200 to $500 per game, play football because they want to play and win. They have such passion. We purchased one hot dog, two popcorns, a coke snd adult beverage. It was only $33. I have been to hundreds of events snd this id inexpensive. The employees were kind, nee their jobs and so very helpful. If you don't know football, it is still s fun family outing.

Originally when I first started coming here, parking was a huge issue on my mind and it definitely made me come here less, before I discovered that you could get parking validated at the little shop before you leave and that was a total game changer. The venue itself is pretty massive once you get on the main floor, and if you don't feel like standing during bands you don't care for, you can even chill on some nice chairs and watch on TV screens. Now, I can't actually comment on the bowling or food aspect of this place, but you can bowl for an insane amount of money that is definitely not worth it, as well as order some food which I simply never bothered to do. Throughout the years I've seen artists such as Poppy, The Gaslight Anthem, The Ghost Inside, Hatebreed, and many others and the sound here has always been pretty top notch. I no longer call Las Vegas home, but shows are one of the things I would definitely find myself back for so who knows, I might just return here one day and I look forward to that. Overall, Brooklyn Bowl is a great venue in a cool spot right on the Lynq Promenade. The staff here has always been friendly, parking is plentiful, there's tons of food options, and since it's mostly either here or the House of Blues, most music fans will end up here at some point!

We visited on a Friday night and purposely waited until it was dark so we could enjoy the views of the Las Vegas Strip while riding. We had purchased our tickets online ahead of time, which I highly recommend because it allowed us to skip the ticket line. Once inside New York-New York, the coaster was easy to find, and we only waited about 30 minutes to ride. As a plus-size woman, I was happy to find that I fit comfortably on the ride, which is always something I appreciate knowing before visiting an amusement attraction. It was over 100°F outside the night we rode, so flying through the loops, twists, and huge drops while getting blasted with warm desert air made for a pretty wild experience! I'll admit, I was a little terrified--the drops are much bigger than I expected, and I rode a good portion of it with my eyes closed. The ride itself is fairly short, but it's packed with excitement from start to finish. My teenager absolutely loved it, and even though it scared me a bit, I'm really glad we did it. If you're visiting Las Vegas with kids or teens, I'd definitely recommend adding the Big Apple Coaster to your itinerary.

What can you get for $25 in Las Vegas these days...? ...a hearty, calorie-dense breakfast sandwich (like a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit) at Eggslut in the Cosmopolitan... a classic Las Vegas souvenir t-shirt, a deck of commemorative casino playing cards... two pints of Guinness at Nine Fine Irishmen (New York New York) ... a $25 "gourmet" cheeseburger at various resorts and restaurants... ...OR a ride on The Roller Coaster at New York-New York, first launched in 1997 as The Manhattan Express, then named The Big Apple Coaster, and still sort of popular... mostly with Vegas virgins. There was confusion about storing our valuables... lockers, secret codes... You buy a ticket, get in line and then are told you should probably store your valuables in a locker, which you have to find and master the process for renting , opening and storing. [Tuesday midday] Short line was nice... we were with a couple of nervous teenagers there for the first time - their mom and aunt watching and waiting... Once on board, make sure to lock the seat bar down as far as you can onto you legs (more about that in a moment). Our midday experience thrust us into the blinding July summer sun blazing down upon us as we climbed to the top of the first summit - we tried to shield our eyes but it did nothing for the mounting heat that had me sweating by the top of ... THE FIRST DROP... (let your breath out slowing as you go...), then another and then you're thrown into a FULL LOOP where the centrifugal force shoves you into a pile of goo in your seat, followed by a little CORKSCREW-BARREL-ROLL maneuver and by the time you've caught your breath you hit a series of little up and down gut-sloshing, ass-smashing moves. Next thing you know, you're hurled left, then right - or maybe right then left - and up a little hill then into a CYCLONIC FUNNEL in a downward decent where you think you're done but then you hit a couple of parking lot speed bumps at maximum speed (more ass-banging) before you enter a dark tunnel where you think, "Oh God, what's next," but you get a quick glimpse into the casino right before the ride ends. Definitely a value (albeit it a different one) to the $25 cheeseburger, and more memorable than a t-shirt, just don't eat the burger before you board.
