The tacos needed more flavor they are very bland and the salsa wasn't spicy enough for me. The Torta Cubana was very flavorful and good! The bread was toasted to perfection and not soggy. I I used my hand for size comparison (typically a size small in gloves) in the pictures. Tacos were small but torta was regular size. Being from the south I would not call this a "go to place for tacos" only go to for the torta. I also got the horchata drink and it was okay.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Small restaurant with a lot of overturn.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our food came out fast even during the noon hour when they were very busy. I had a couple Gorditas and a papusa. Al pastor meat in the gorditas was crisp and delicious. Bomba Papusa was the rightfully named because it was bomb! Super friendly staff. If I lived closer I'd be a regular for sure!

Been here a few times before and recently enjoyed a meal to myself. The quesabirilla are my go-to order. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small interior dining area with a larger outdoor seating area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food takes a little bit, but that just means it's fresh! The salsas are tasty, especially the habanero. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Friendly service and clean restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place for a solo meal or to catch up with 1 or 2 others, as space is limited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Everything about this place was amazing! We ordered the Quesabirria and they were perfect. Service was fast and very kind.

Betzy's Tacos is my all time favorite place for Tacos Carnitas! Whenever I have a craving for Tacos carnitas, which is often, I go to Betzy's! I have tried other restaurants for Tacos Carnitas but they don't even come close to how very delicious Betzy's Tacos are!

Delicious, quick service, lovely small business!! I came to Betzy's after hiking in Mt. Tamalpais and the food here really hit the spot. We enjoyed the carne asada fries, al pastor burrito, and a very refreshing melon agua fresca. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great value and lovely location!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be back when I am in town!

Great tacos and food in general. Price is not too bad for Marin for authentic food! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The spot is hall in the wall and the ambiance is friendly people and locals.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is lovely. Never had a bad experience and whenever we want tacos and nachos this is the first spot that comes to mind! There are many overpriced spots in Marin and I honestly think this is literally the best one yet!

Love their pupusas! Freshly made to order, large and tasty. Always good service and fair prices for the quality.

Great happy place to enjoy house made tortillas with delicious fillings. On my visit the carnitas was particularly great and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I appreciate the casual atmosphere and friendly service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

They make your pupusas fresh and over-sized within 10 minutes! I chose cheese, spinach, zucchini,…read moreand pork. Very tender and savory inside. The outside was grilled to perfection--well done... *not* undercooked like some pupuserias. Lively Latin music played at a nice volume where you can talk with your companions. Merengue and more. You give your order and are given a number. You pick your own seat. Signs are bilingual--mostly Latin patrons, which is my usual litmus test that usually means the food has authentic flavor, which I love and look for from ethnic dining experiences. It's very clean and looks freshly painted. I was here just before noon and there was a steady stream of patrons.

Ordered, pay at counter. Food came within 15 minutes. Cashier not English prolific. Enough to process my order. Decor of pics, paintings. Guatemalan/El Salvador artifacts & flags. Soft music in background. Offerings (El Salvador): pupusas, breakfast, lunch, soups, entrees, best sellers. Bites: Bistec Encebollado (steaks & onions 20.69) -heated up warm corn tortillas, not freshly made in house. Commercial grade. Ok. Nothing special. -dab of fresh salad of iceberg lettuce, tomatos, cucumbers, lime squeeze. Deliz it was. -fresh fluffy rice helped soak up juices from steaks -beans smooth creamy texture. tasty. -many steak pieces: some chewy, some tender. Mostly large. Grilled tomatos and onions added sublime savoriness. 4.5 stars. Service: great! Quality: pretty good. Corn Tortillas a minor issue. Quantity: reasonable.

I am so disappointed at the food changes and feeling bad to give a bad review as I love supporting small businesses and love Salvadorean food. There's a lot of room to improve. I've been eating Salvi food since I was child. If you order to go check before you leave. I had an item missing. I called and was able to get a refund. She handled it nice too since she forgot to add it. I took food to go. I added pictures on all. The tamales both chipilin and pork were good. The masa was excellent. The size was small to medium. The pupusas are tiny, they are good but nothing extraordinary. As they are small there's no cheese stretch or a good feel about the filling. The masa is good. The quesadilla pasty was crumbly, it did not feel fresh. It was dry with no flavor compared to ones I've eaten before. The best Salvi quesadillas are moist. The guava, pineapple, and custard empanada pastry were small. The pineapple one did not feel fresh, more on the dry side, crumbly compared to other flavors. The pork empanada was probably the worst. They were tiny with hardly any filling. The empanadas usually have a ground meat or shredded chicken. This one had pieces of pork so it was not flavorful at all. There's table seating indoors and outdoors. The yucca con chicharron was okay too. Usually it comes with a salad like but this one came with 1 beet, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber with a small bag of curtido. No sauce. Tip: The server gave me a business card and recommended to call for orders to go as the waiting time was 30 minutes. I did not mind waiting. I appreciated her sharing this. Tip: recommend the pork tamal. The pupusas if hungry get at least 3.
