Stayed in a Camp town cabin in the beach. The cabin was a little dated but adequate for the stay. The location was great and it's relaxing to see the sun rise. Lots of eateries close by but probably a little far to walk. Nice place and fair pricing. read more

It has a nice bath house/laundry room, a picnic table at every site, and a cute store with a small selection of food and beach goods. We're fortunate that there's such a lovely spot to stay and it's close to Flagler Beach and all the great restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. read more

We had a site right on the wall overlooking the ocean. We were so close that, when we looked out our bedroom windows, it felt like we were on a cruise ship! The waves can be loud but that didn't bother us. No frills or amenities but who cares! It is right on the ocean! WiFi was OK but not great. Our signal booster really helped to the point of streaming. read more

It was our maiden voyage of the 36' turbo diesel RV we bought and our 32 wedding anniversary so even though we were not done remodeling it we thought we would take if for a spin across the state (we are in New Port Richey/Trinity area). So although the place is pricey (which is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars) its great! As new RV'ers we would tell you that when you go there bring firewood and a fire ring because you can have fires on the beach at night which is amazing and it is totally dog friendly so you pet mom and dad's bring the little ones with you for sure. The staff was friendly and helpful and our fellow RV'ers were nice and our neighbor gave us great tips and other places to stay in our home state. Spring for the ocean front but either way you see and hear the ocean at night....peaceful and nice! Overall experience: Awesome read more

They also have on site a food truck which will even cater to your dog with specially made ice cream etc. The only downside and why its not a 5 star is the proximity between RV's, way to close and your facing each other when sitting outside..... It is also a little pricy for an RV Resort but well worth it for the spectacular location just a few feet from the beach and ocean. Highly recommend the location and if you have time for only one restaurant Dont miss Flagler Fish Company and a must is the A1A Fish Sandwich...... This RV park is one of the better ones for accessing the beach. We are full-timers RV'ers so we have a lot of experience. You can see our reviews on lavieflottant.Com The rates are reasonable and the lots being on the beach are really good size. They also have an ice cream truck that's parked here most of the week except Wednesday and Thursday which is convenient. You can see dolphins and pelicans and schools of bait fish balls as a birds dive in the water to eat. No doubt a very relaxing place. If there is a SpaceX launch you can see it from this location going off at Cape Canaveral. read more

Well, we are here now for a week. It was over $1500 for 7 days or over $200 a night. It's not high season but the rate sure is. We knew all of this before checking in so can't complain about that - just wanted others to be aware. So, there is no pool - sure you can swim in the ocean but not in February! The water pressure is very low and the WiFi is non existent. But, oh, the view if you are oceanfront almost makes up for the shortcomings. I think that if you are going to charge that kind of rate, you should at least have decent WIFI. Weather and wind can be an issue here but the park can't do anything about that. We had to pull in our large slide because we were afraid our topper would blow off. But to see the ocean right in front of you and to hear the surf, well, there is no price for that. read more

$190 bucks a night! Are these people insane! Campground is at best decent. Yes there are sites that over look the ocean, but $190 bucks a night! A campground in Destin that is wayyyyy nicer than this place and only charges $120 a night and it sits on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a small town down the road that offers little in way of things to do so this campground is not a great place to stay if your looking for activities to do with kids or family. Campground is in need of major updates and you would think at the rates they charge it would be plush, it's not it's more rustic. Also the campground sits right on the highway so you get a lot of road noise even inside your camper. Best to head to St. Augustine or Daytona if your looking for fun and much more affordable camping. read more

This is a beautiful well maintained friendly spot. Easy access to the beach, shower, bathrooms, snacks and your forgotten beach needs! We are a row off beach front and it's still awesome! The people are super friendly which is nice cause there are some close quarters. We got lucky as no one is to our right. It's a real shame that the deciding factor for me on whether I would never come back here is the lack of WiFi. There are supposedly at least 10 networks available but none of them allow you to connect. On several attempts, it says the password is incorrect, even when it's not. This is inexcusable in 2019. The best thing about this campground is the view and access to the beach!! 1. If you have decent size rig with slide outs the spots are very tight. Each spot comes with a little concrete pad next to where you park the RV. To be able to open the slides up you must park up on the concrete pad so make sure you bring leveling blocks with you. 2. When I said the spots are tight I mean they are tight! When trying to hook up electric and sewer you are having to go between yours and the neighbors rig barely fitting in some causes. The two spots share the hook up boxes. 3. Every other spot backs in/pull in. So I hope you like your neighbor because you will be looking at each other every time you go out your door. 4. If you are driving a motor home you can have one vehicle parked at the site. Fifth wheels or travel trailers only one vehicle. We are a family of 6. We can't all fit in the truck we use to pull with. The site allows for the truck to be parked in front of our camper as ours is only 37 feet. The car is parked in front of the parking spot. The office came along and said one had to be moved across the street and pay and additional $10.00 a day for parking it there. I could understand this if the truck didn't fit in front of the camper and we were taking someone else's spot. Ours is no different than a motor home being parked with the one vehicle being allowed. 5. Bathhouses and laundry facilities are clean. With all this being said I am only giving 3 stars. The only selling point for this facility is the right on the beach experience. read more

I don't know if their photos were photoshopped, or were taken prior to the last hurricane, but there are no palm trees (or ANY landscaping) at this park. It is just a parking lot. Sure, it's by the ocean, which could be nice, but unfortunately during our stay, it was so incredibly windy, it ruined our stay. Our rig was actually damaged by the wind. It was so windy, the sand would pelt you on the beach, and it was impossible to even be outside. All the rigs along the beach have left early. Yes, just bad luck with the weather maybe, but be prepared: it is often windy here. Road noise is a factor as well. Street lights were bright enough to be bothersome at night. Staff in the office were efficient but not especially friendly. Check in was easy, parking was easy (no pull-throughs, only pull in/back in sites). Sites are gravel/sand with a concrete pad and a picnic table. I'm not sure why they chose to call this a "resort"-- there is no pool, no tennis, no pickleball, no shuffleboard, etc. Only restrooms and laundry, which were clean. All in all, it may be a 4-star location, but not in ANY way a "resort". (I did not deduct stars for the weather, as that was just bad luck). However, at $155/night for a NON-premium site, it is way over-priced for what they offer, so deducted another star. In fact, of the nearly 30 places I have stayed on this 4-month trip, it is the most disproportionately priced for what you get. Will not stay here again. **I have stayed at over 25 RV parks and campgrounds along the Florida coast over the last three months.... Look for my other reviews!** read more

One of our favorite go to relaxation locations! We visit Beverly 2 or 3 times a year! Never disappointed! Some of the best views of any oceanfront rv sites in florida! It's dog friendly with walking areas and the BEACH is open to dogs! Our dog loves this place! She swims and walks on the beach 5 or 6 times a day! It's laid back and relaxing. With that said if you are looking to be entertained this isn't your spot. If you are looking to kick back relax, swim, fish or anything outside or water related, then this is your place. This was our first time here at the resort this place is awesome my suggestion is save the extra 40 bucks and do the ocean view unless you're willing to spend the extra to get the oceanfront with your RV but I'm in an ocean view and I'm looking at the ocean perfectly for $40 cheaper but the amenities are solid got Easy WiFi and internet TV facilities are very nice the people are very pleasant it's easy to get in and in and out of here it's just a really really nice RV Park especially for beachfront we will definitely be back and we will definitely stay more days read more

Called ahead of time to make sure there would be internet because I work off of my PC. Checked in and given a password and told to go to the campsite that had the strongest bars. Get all hooked up then tried to log in. No internet. Call them and they tell me turn my device off then on again still no internet. By this time office is gone for the day. Next morning I go to the office and ask the girl at the front desk about the internet and she didn't even answer me she went directly to the office manager to come out to talk with me. The office manager comes out and again asks me to turn off etc. I told her I did that already. Then she proceeds to tell me they have problems with the internet and we can't get it. I told her she should have told us this before we booked because we would not have. She proceeds to tell me there is nothing she can do about it. Mind you I have already been billed for this camp site. They do not disclose the internet does not work at this campsite before you check in or as your checking in they also do even tell you there is a problem. They wait until your rv is all hooked up and you find out for yourself. I will not book here again. read more

First, this is a dream location if you a looking for a water front site to stay. We have been camping for a while and by far best water front. Now the reason for the low review. The sites are great but very close to each other. Today I was playing corn hole with my 6 year old kids and I guess my next door neighbor, who was staying in a cabin, begun hitting his window screaming from inside. He then came out and begun screaming forfanities to me and my wife that the game was too loud. My kids begun crying because they were scare. I told the guy to stop screaming, he didn't, i walked to the office and call the after hours. This happened at 6pm, quit time is 10pm. An employee came out and he said that we were not doing nothing wrong. He spoke to my neighbor and then decided to call the manager. The manager, who is also a part owner of the place, came out, heard what happened and then said im calling the cops. I told owner I dont see the need for it, I just wanted him to tell the dude to leave us alone. Owner said no im done im calling the cops. A very awesome flagler deputy came out, very respectful and spoke to all parties. The deputy said that the neighbor was drunk and we were not doing anything wrong. He then left to keep doing real police work not this bs. The owner was very rude, did resolve the situation, never came back to me to say anything and told the deputy to tell us that he was going to trespass us both because we were arguing. Again, we were just playing corn hole. I guess don't expect management to do their job. I'm not frustrated with the drunk but very very with the owner. Horrible customer service read more

This past weekend at BBC was really special for my kids and me :-) I got a ton of amazing photographs of the beach, sunrise, etc. I was surprised at how laid back the experience of staying there is, and it was very hard to leave and return to the real world! The view was incomparable: watching the moon come up bright orange at night was the only thing I couldn't quite capture. I loved the location of the cabin (#39 oceanfront) - my kids enjoyed the loft. The water pressure and the hot water in the shower was GREAT. The linens we were provided were some of the nicest sheets I've ever slept on, and the bed was comfy. The AC worked really well, which was important on such a hot weekend. The bathroom was very large, which I was not expecting and really appreciated. Sitting on the porch in the shade with the breeze was the highlight for me of each day. The campground is very family friendly and we saw a lot of dogs too. They did point out the no refund policy & advised us to book the extra day only after we were sure we were staying the extra night(s). Site: The site was clean. Had full hookups. Includes a picnic table. You do park right next to other RVs. The sites are very close to one another. For some sites you might have to share a common area due to the fact that some are pull in & some are back ins. Site View: We got the beach view & it was great! The beach is right there were you park. The campground: Was well kept. Clean, looks freshly painted/well maintained. Internet: Was not good, almost unusable so don't count on it. Beach area: Was clean Restrooms: The toilets & showers looked clean. Pet Area: There's a good size area where you can walk dogs. You do have to pick up after them or you'll get fined. Doggie poop bags are provided. Store/Grocery: There's a nice well stocked store where you can get pharmacy stuff/food, & rv stuff you might need. Beach Bugs: Bring some OFF/bug pray, pesky beach bugs kept on biting us. We had heard about this dog-friendly beachfront campground from a friend so decided to give it a try for a weekend. You could not get a better ocean view anywhere! We had one of the premier sites, which means you have a bit of grass on your site next to the camper pad rather than sand. Our view was completely unobstructed. The people at check-in were very friendly and helpful. There are very nice, clean showers and restrooms, along with washers and dryers, should you need them. We swam, boogie-boarded, kayaked, biked, walked, bird watched and saw some dolphins. We truly enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! read more

I have stayed here before without issues. The sites are pricey! I booked a site for March of 2019. I cancelled four days later and was charged a $50 cancellation fee. I was not told about this at the time of booking even though they said they told us. I had her on speaker and my husband didn't hear it either. When I called they said it was written on the email confirmation. Yes it is, but it was paid for by then. Refused to apply it to any future stays. I found them less then friendly, and the gal would keep interrupting when you tried to talk. Manners would have been helpful!! Possibly the worst people I have talked to at any RV site! Oh what a story I have for you all today. I tried to make a new reservation at Beverly Beach. Rachael had a snobby attitude and refused to make me a reservation or give me the owners information. The other employee who I spoke with also told me that she had to personally pay over $400 just to reserve our site ??? Um weird....The employees were unprofessional and when I asked them if they could accommodate us they said to "go find another rv park" Rachael's words exactly. I'm just really sad I can't stay here because I was so excited and I kept telling them, basically begging is there anything we can do? NOTHING. Oh well it wasn't meant to be. If I could give 0 stars I would. After reading other reviews on this place I'm glad I'm staying away. It sounds likes the "managers" and "owner" don't like people to come to their rv park. We checked in and decided to upgrade to a site with view of the beach. Paid $377.40 for 3 nights after a discussion with staff confirmed we could make changes, which created the impression that we could change our reservation. After two nights we decided to depart. Now say their policy is no refunds despite the earlier discussion. They point to the small two words of "no refunds" at the bottom of the docket. There is NO BENEFIT in paying for multiple nights when a day by day will do. Spoke with the owner and explained what his staff had said. Owner stated that every park does this. No Sir, you are wrong, circumstances change and we have never had a no refund situation. We are full time RV'ers and we are left with the impression of mean spirited trickery, taking our money without refund. If you and your staff had been courteous enough to inform us we would have booked night by night. We won't be staying here again. Despite the nice view, you are happy for us to depart unhappy, so we will warn future campers not to trust your staff's word. Next time we will stay at your competitor two blocks up the road, where it is less windy, with the same sea view, and two thirds the price. read more

Paid 5 nights for Oceanview (2nd tier). Clerk had told me it was last day of motorcycle rally, so first night was $150 (instead of $113). The weather was unseasonably cold and dreary, but it was the traffic noise that caused us to leave the next morning. The spaces are cramped. The store is nice, and the check in process was smooth. The designated dog walking area is outside the park, along the high traffic road. My dog was terrified the whole time we were there. Dogs are allowed on the beach and access is good. The beach is fine gravel. Although I had expressed concern about the road noise, the clerk assured me it would not likely be a problem since the bedroom on my 30' travel trailer was in the front, furthest from the road. I am writing this because she told me no one had complained about the noise. There are far better places for so much less money, and I regret wasting over $500 and 10 hours driving plus fuel. read more
