Due to heavy rain, he mentioned possibly needing to reschedule and said he didn't want to "abort mission." I told him that was his decision as the business owner and I would respect it. He chose to proceed. I also explained that I was planning to sell one of the vehicles and wanted it evaluated, but he refused, stating it would be "somebody else's problem." Despite proceeding, he refused to get out of his car and did not inspect either of the two vehicles at all (no hood opened, no physical checks). Instead, he relied on the codes I had already pulled and repeated that information back to me, then claimed I needed a transmission without verifying anything. He also stated that he "doesn't need to get out of his car to do a diagnostic." Afterward, he asked if I appreciated his help enough to send an additional $50. I offered $30, but since he had not performed any work, I told him that was not a viable decision. He later texted around 10 PM threatening to have my car towed over the $50.
