I went to Pearl Nails & Spa for my friend's birthday to get pedicures together. I never book appointments--I just do walk-ins--and that's usually no problem. We went around 5 p.m., and they were able to seat us together. I waited for my friend to arrive, and they accommodated us with two different technicians. I usually get the spa pedicure, but I decided to splurge and try their luxury pedicure, especially since I had a 10% birthday coupon. It was absolutely worth it! My feet were left completely smooth, with all the dead skin removed, and I felt like they really took their time. The technician even pointed out how much dead skin had built up since I hadn't been in a while, and she made sure to get it all. They have a large selection of polish types, and my pedicure still looks perfect over a week later. I don't have a particular person I see--I usually end up with whoever is available--and they're always sweet, gentle, and great at what they do. read more

Reasonable and can do anything you want with nails! Been going there for years! Beautiful interior, comfortable pedicure chairs with massage, and great techs! Only 1 or 2 that's aren't my favorite. Very polite ladies and men, and they have tons of options, just ask and clarify first. You should at least call in advance and make sure they aren't slammed at that moment. read more

They did a horrible job on my pedicure. I had a 20% off and apparently I was told she sent and email it was expired. I had a 10% off . I paid 65$ my pedicure was 55$ and I also gave a tip . Which wasn't deserved but I don't feel comfortable not tipping. They are all about money and not the customers. read more

Lots of negative reviews, so I want to post my experience with Pearl. I've been going to this salon for 2 or 3 years now, when my favorite salon in Mt. Washington sold to new owners and went downhill. Have I always left with *perfect* nails? No. But when I bring my complaints to their attention they always fix it. Shoot, I even chipped some dip polish a week after getting it done and the REFUSED to take any payment from me to fix it. Some nail techs are better than others, as always, but no matter who I get I'm always satisfied. My most recent dip nail polish and pedicure are pictured. First the cons: they reuse the yellow scrubbing bar that's used to assist in exfoliating the feet and legs.. gross. The descriptive summaries for manicures/ pedicures are so obnoxious with their different herbal/ essence talk you don't really know what you're getting except for the price. Pros: She was quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. It was 29 for the pedicure and a dollar something for covid stuff. I got my nails done on my lunch break one day and one of the workers did a bomb job! I love getting the coffin tip shape with gel and it made my hands look so beautiful. Service there was super fast and he took his time working on my nails. I will go back again someday when it's time for my hands to be pampered. I started going to pearl nails when all talent was amazing. Now every time I go I'm deeply disappointed. I get dip every time. I'm disappointed due to the lack of customer service and the lack of matching my nail length and shape. If you're particular about your nails, DO NOT GO HERE. Went here a couple weeks ago for the first and last time. My regular nail tech was out of town and I had an event and needed my nails done. So I ended up at Pearl. The inside is very nice! Lots of chairs and posh decor. A lady named Michelle did my nails and she was WONDERFUL. My nails were in bad shape because I picked my last set off the night before instead of soaking. I know (face palm) but Michelle did great! The PROBLEM was all of her coworkers who would walk up to the table, say something in their language, point at me, and then laugh like i was not sitting there! Michelle even said "go away!" in english because she could tell how upset, uncomfortable, and embarrassed I felt. Nothing out weighs horrible customer service. Never again! read more

Pearls is my favorite no doubt. I come here and I know that I'm going to get good service. That I'll be comfortable. And received well, my money's worth! My favorite is to get the basic 'getaway' pedicure. To work on my weary feet they always use clean sterilized tools. They give you a leg scrub and hot towel and that's just the basic! But trust me they have tons of services to offer. Specialized pedis/manis just for you. The salon is always clean and well maintained. Usually running HGTV on their big TV's, they new nice massage pedicure chairs and well lit nail stations. Pearls goes above and beyond to not just be a regular nail salon. Over the last few months I've been going to Pearl Nails 'n Spa I've been disappointed in the steady decline of quality of service. Below is a description of my experience at Pearl Nails 'n Spa and my pedicure I received there. I called ahead and placed an appointment for 2pm that day. When I arrived, I signed in and picked my color and was told to go to a pedicure chair and my nail tech would be there waiting for me. I sat down in the chair at 2:05, waited (water had not been run yet), and finally after waving someone down I was finally helped at 2:35pm. This was very frustrating as I had called ahead for an appointment. The sweet woman who did my pedicure was kind, and considerate that I had waited for some time. However, when clipping my nails, she ripped out the side pieces of my big toe nail (in which I responded with a loud "ouch"), she politely said "sorry". But preceded to do the same thing with the other foot. I've never had this happen before during a pedicure, or seen any nail tech rip parts of my nail off. The massage was nice, and the scrub was very exfoliating! Unfortunately, the nail tech had touched her hair at one point and a hair ended up on my leg while she was doing the massage (I have blonde hair and this hair was black! It was very gross)The polish was very messy at the end and I had to ask her to fix a few spots :( I used to really enjoy going to this nail salon! I'm bummed that the quality of service has gone down. I hope that with this review, management will be able to make proper adjustments to their salon in order to best meet customer needs. read more

My grandmother & I went for pedicure services. The lady that assisted my grandmother was amazing! The lady that did mine had horrible service from the beginning to the end. 6/20/2023. She was rude, she did my pedicure in 12 minutes, I timed it. She lacked basic communication skills. My GEL polish has holes in it and my feet are worse than they were before. This is the first time ever going here. Me and my daughter went here today to get our nails done.we got manicures and pedicures. Really want to rate this place better because it has a great environment and they treated everyone in there the same. They did very well with my daughter. she is six and not always the easiest to deal with. But after leaving I got to looking at my nails and I was not satisfied. I didn't get what I normally would. I wanted to change it up. They all are not the same shape on both sides of the nail and some are crooked. The only time I was asked if they looked fine was on the first nail and it did look fine. I do plan on going back again, I just won't get the same shape nail next time. read more

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. I payed extra for the hot stone pedicure. It was quick, the nail lady didn't do the same thing to each leg and foot. Worst of all she cut the cuticle so deep on my big toe she made it bleed! On to the dip nails where the lady made my thumb bleed. I had made an appointment and was excited to try this place. The descriptions of the pedicures sound so nice. I'm sure they would be if they did what was described. I would never go here again. read more

Reasonable prices, very nice atmosphere, plenty of nail color choices (I do dip powder) & the BEST pedicure massage chairs I've been in. Several pedicure options at different price points & they also have kids pedicure chairs as well. Have called to make my appointment each time due to Covid but they're always well staffed & I've never waited for any service. I did find their sign requesting people to pay cash a bit tacky, but that's their preference. They offer upgrades of products available for pedicures, nice touch. But this visit I must have had someone new. His own nails were dirty, that surly isn't a good sign and I should have asked for someone else. I had gel with manicure. The manicure was lack luster at best but the polish application was a joke. It wasn't even busy but he rushed through it. It was applied unevenly and the top coat was all over the cuticles. I've had a lot of pedicures at a lot of places. This was the best. Went in with a cloud over my head following a series of morning mid-haps. Came out feeling like I was floating. Tami really pampered my feet. I got the Pearl ultimate, which includes a scrum, massage, hot stones, and paraffin wax. I will definitely go back. read more

Wish I could give a 0 rating. I was there for 2.5 hours and the colors that I was told by the tech would look exactly the same size were probably 10 shades different (not exaggerating) from what came out. Also the nail and toe colors on the number you chose would be the same and those also were no where near the same color. In addition the lady who did my pedicure was so incredibly rude and literally huffed and puffed when the color I chose that she put on two toes looked nothing like the swatch and I asked if I could chose a different color. Then when I went to get my nails done the girl seemed to have no idea what she was doing and I was bounced around to 3 different people just to get my nails done. When I showed who I guess was the owner the result of the different colors of my toes and nails, plus he had already heard how I was treated by the pedicure person and nothing was done I was shocked. Beware if you don't pay with cash they charge you 4%. This is a business there is a cost of doing business . I never carry cash . During the pandemic we were discouraged to use cash. This place is amazing. I drive 30 minuets just to get my nails done here. First let me start off by saying I am 20 years old with arthritis in my feet. I went in with a recommend from my mom. I received the amazon escape pedicure ($40, they have pedicures that range from $25 to $65 I believe) IT WAS AMAZING! I was falling asleep in the chair because I was so relaxed. Megan did my pedicure and she is amazing! I have never been to a nail salon that is so relaxing and clean. I am a hair dresser at a Paul Mitchell salon and I have been looking for a nail salon that offers the same customer service as my salon. Every other nail salon I have been to they were either rude by ignoring me and other customers or very dirty. Pearl nails n spa is everything I was looking for. I have been 3 times now and I will be back. I refer everyone to Pearl nails n spa even if it is 30 minuets away, they are that good. Seriously they changed my life! read more

Made an appointment for 4 pedicures at 10am when they first opened. I walk in and they already had approximately 15 customers. They didn't get us seated in a pedicure chair until 10:30 and by 11:15 two of the people still hadn't even had anyone touch their feet. They just way overbook themselves, it's infuriating.
