I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and organization at this place. A month ago, I went for a follow up on Sculptra (i had 2 treatment). The nurse didn't have the "before/procedure " pictures ready, so she told me she would send them to me with the after picture she took. I was surprised, because I thought the result should be reviewed in person. She suggested showing me some before and after pictures of other patients and suggested to buy additional services if I wasn't seing satisfactory results. I didn't find that relevant at all, and let her know I would like to judge based on my own before and after photos. Since then, I have called four separate times to follow up. Each time, the receptionist assured me that the information would be sent "right away," but nothing ever happened. A week later, I would have to call again and repeat the entire process. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and failure to keep commitments have been very frustrating. While customer service begins with making promises, it also requires keeping them. I went here with a Groupon for Botox and it couldn't have gone better! The office is beautiful. It's decorated in a very feminine and chic way. Receptionists were nice. I was brought to the exam room and we talked about what I was trying to achieve. I had only bought 20 units of Botox and I knew I probably needed a bit more. The technician/nurse (what do you call the person who puts the good stuff in your forehead?) said she could do 30, 28, or just the 20 I purchased, and explained the advantages of each. I really appreciated that she didn't pressure me or try hard to upsell me but I knew I probably needed 28 so I purchased additional. She did her magic and that was that! On my way. She said it might take 2 weeks to see my results, but 4 days later, I am already seeing it start to work! What more can I ask for? So happy I came here. They also have some kind of monthly deal that includes a lot of perks that I'd be very interested in if I was staying in Austin for the long haul. Disappointed and Overcharged -- Would Not Recommend I've been getting Dysport for years and have never needed more than 50 units to treat my forehead effectively. I found a deal on Groupon and decided to try this location. Unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision. At my appointment, the injector strongly pressured me into purchasing an additional 45 units -- nearly doubling what I had already paid for -- claiming 50 units wouldn't be sufficient. I went along with it, but now I realize it was excessive and unnecessary. A second opinion from a different injector recently confirmed this; they were surprised I had been given that much and said 20 units would've been more than enough for my level of maintenance. What's worse is that the injector at this location over-injected my glabella while I was literally holding the mirror -- it felt like she ran out of areas to inject and was just trying to justify the upsell. From the beginning, the results were underwhelming. One side of my forehead was significantly more relaxed than the other, and the asymmetry lasted the entire duration of the treatment. When I called to share my concerns -- especially after being talked into paying far more than I'd planned -- I was dismissed and told there was nothing they could do. The whole experience felt like a cash grab, not a professional or ethical service. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fair, skilled, or honest aesthetic care. I forgot to add the worst part whatever she did caused major push down, which was the complete opposite of what I wanted, resulting in my upper eyelid areas becoming super droopy I don't have hooded eyes, but whatever this injector did created the illusion that I did. read more

I found BH Rejuvenation Center via Groupon. I came in for a consultation with Audra, who is also the manager of this location. She recommended 6 cycles of CoolSculpting for my abdomen, which split into 2 sessions. Do you have problem areas where no matter how little you eat or how much you workout, you can't seem to get rid of? CoolSculpting is the answer. My experience: I came in for my first session where they did 3 cycles. Each cycle runs for about 30 mins, where the first 5 mins will feel almost unbearable. After the first cycle is complete, the technician will massage that "frozen stick of butter", which will feel uncomfortable. Hang in there! You won't notice a drastic difference on the first day, give it a few weeks to settle. You will feel numbness until the next session, which will follow up in the next 4 weeks or so. read more

I came in for a lip filler injection. I was explicit about only wanting half a syringe (5 cc) in total. The injector completely disregarded this and overfilled my lower lip to 5 cc. I did not want this much filler and because I could not undo what was already done I did not get my upper lip filled. I had anticipated that this would dissipate over time, though after 20 months, my lower lip was still bigger than the upper lip. I paid for another full syringe and spoke with a manager (Rachel) thinking that they would try to rectify the situation and not charge me full cost as I am only returning because they messed up in the first place. I got the complete opposite response. Not only did she refuse to give me any discount, she said I was ineligible for the treatment because I had previously purchased it. She refused to take any accountability and proceeded to gaslight me under the pretense that she is trying to understand though actively discounting everything I was saying even after explaining it to her multiple times. Do not trust these people, you are not in good hands. They will botch you and have no regard for the damage they caused or offer any support. read more

They didn't tell me it wasn't possible until 35 mins in then I decided to wait waited 5 more mins because surely this was not going to change the appointment. It is not rare to have Botox while breastfeeding. Why would doctors tell me differently and the business still offer at a different location with a different NP if it was so wrong? Making excuses for what? The paperwork my husband had to do was also done immediately so don't know why that would make the appt 40 mins late. Trying to mom shame me saying sorry we wouldn't inject you because of your baby, but you clearly said it could be done at a different location. CLASSLESS. Got a Groupon. Filled out paperwork and waited for 40 mins PAST APPOINTMENT TIME for them to tell me they won't do Botox because I'm breastfeeding EVEN THOUGH MY OBGYN cleared me. They had my paperwork and didn't bother to do anything about it and made me wait to then not complete the service. THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE & told me to go to San Antonio store...from Austin because someone would do it there. I told them I would sign a waiver & I trust my OB- they kept trying to tell me there are no studies on Botox which is completely inaccurate. Natalie was great, I got lip fillers and they look so good! At first I was like "what the heck did I just do?" I'm over 40, I probably need more than lip filler but I am not unhappy with my looks. I have noticed over the years my lips have thinned and I am self conscious. I find that I'm sticking them out and trying to make them look better but nothing works. Eventually I went here after some research and a good deal. I went in the same day they called and I was so scared! I didn't learn much from my visit but I had done a lot of YouTube watching before hand. There was an apprentice watching Natalie and so I heard what she does and she seemed very experienced. She did explain her technique and aftercare. They used a topical numbing cream and Natalie really did a great job. At the time I didn't feel like I could leave a review because I don't have anything to compare it too and the experience was a bit frightening. The pain was minimal, I only did half a syringe because I again didn't know what to expect. Immediately afterward I was a bit shocked. I have a small mouth and it looked super plump. About two days later they looked like my lips when I was young. Now it's been a couple weeks and they still look nice to me. Probably no one else notices because it's subtle but it's helped me alot with my confidence. I love that they use a versa filler and I am planning on going back for just a bit more. Like they say I'm missing that day 2-3 look. I suffered very little bruising or pain afterwards. This was something I should have done years ago. You can have natural results from fillers. I forgot to mention my husband was really against this but he gave in when I told him they can be dissolved and he really likes the way it turned out! read more

The service here is impeccable. I received a promotion for $8.99 a unit for Botox. Ashley inserted the Botox in no time and it was painless. I was surprised at how it didn't hurt. The Botox was applied to my forehead, crows eyes and nose. It was the full face for only $314 for 35 units. She thoroughly explained to me the precautions afterwards. Such as, not to wear a cap or anything tight around your forehead, do not touch the face, no working out, do not drink alcohol, and no laying down afterwards. Ashley was so informative. I am finishing up a years worth of treatments next month. I was not sure what to expect but the staff as walked me through the process throughly from the beginning. It seems this location might have seen a change in management and staff, I have been with a few specialist and the latest one is Sara. I gladly drive from north east Round Rock to Cedar Park to do these procedures with Sara. She has been open, understanding, and talks me through every step during my procedure. When I ask about other procedures they do Sara is knowledgeable and never pressures you into anything. I'll miss seeing the ladies every 8 weeks. read more

The woman who made my appointment was sweet but, it all went down hill from there. I had bought a Groupon for filler and after finding out I was using a Groupon I was treated like a second class citizen from there on. I understand the art of the up-sale but the place takes it to the level of "bait and switch". The aesthetician was unbelievably rude and refused to do my injections. She said I needed to buy a dissolvent first or she wouldn't do the procedure. I've been getting fillers for over 20 years and I've never had any aesthetician tell me this and I've visited over 5 plastic surgeons as well for injections and not one has told me this. Their attitude is terrible there! In response to the owners reply, you weren't there so you don't know what was discussed but, allow me to enlighten you. First, the the Groupon was discussed during my appointment setting and when I checked in, Second, the plastic surgeons I had seen in the past had told me that the fillers I had done couldn't be removed or cut out, it's permanent and suggested I get a filler to smooth them out once yearly which I've done successfully for years. Due to the pliability of lips, it's common that a divot can form in the center of the lip due to pursing lips for kisses etc. This can happen after any filler including the ones sold at this establishment. Due to the treatment I had over 20 years ago, I fill in the deflated area with a filler to smooth out my lips. I've never had any problems with the injection or with any of the establishments I've frequented. The aesthetician that I saw at the location was rude beyond belief. She needs additional training in bedside manners. If she had done the injections I still wouldn't recommend this place due to the awkwardness of the hard upselling which made me feel beyond uncomfortable, lack of professionalism and what appeared to be lack of experience by the aesthetician. read more

Well intentioned...but the business is run in a nonprofessional manner. I've been a client at many salons but this one had me leaving upset because the manager wouldn't or couldn't understand that I'd put a down payment down for a procedure. She insisted that I hadn't paid for it. She insisted before and after the procedure. When I told her I would look it up on my card that it had been applied to she finally acknowledged that I indeed had paid. She insisted then that I had to return for a 2nd procedure and I shook my head and looked at her she said, no I do not. I purchased a groupon that clearly stated under "what you"ll get" with the specific groupon I purchased For 319.00 This is a a direct copy/paste from my prepaid service that stated the following description "Typical treatment areas for Radiesse: chin wrinkles, lines around the mouth (smile lines/nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and corner lines), volume loss in hands, and prominent veins and tendons Read our Radiesse guide for results, side effects " Sadly, they said I purchased "for cheek and jawline only --And it would be an additional up charge of 499.00. Apparently for a separate procedure called hyper diluted radiesse. Not once was "hyper diluted radiesse mentioned With the PA or the Office MGT. I am grateful they initiated a refund for Groupon and were nice about the confusion. I found it odd that they said I could put the original amt I prepaid towards the other procedure towards the 899.00 but they had nobody there that could do the injection. Incidently, they put me in a room with a technician who had just come out minutes before after having a treatment on her own skin and was bleeding on her face and dabbing it in front of me. Within a short time, the technician was told another patient who was apparently before me was waiting and she left -But not before coming back into my room twice for supplies. Once she was back in my room while we were trying to discuss my situation another technicIan stuck her head in the door and asked a question regarding another patient -there was no "excuse me" etc. it was rude. No one there was wearing a mask when we are in the midst of the Omicron variant. The receptionist who deals with lots a people a day - no mask. The technician who gave me Botox - no mask. She didn't even offer to put a mask on herself, so I could semi-remove mine for treatment. And her face was bleeding from a facial or treatment she given herself that day.
