Very clean with a fancy spa like feel. Scheduling is a breeze online. Pricing is fair, but full disclosure I used a groupon. I dont believe they asked me for a tip either which I find to be the most annoying thing about med spas.... Considering they are medical professionals, so that was a pleasant surprise. I got my first Botox ever here and my forehead looks soo much better. It's amazing how just fixing one problem area can make you feel so much prettier. I just turned 40 and I felt like my forehead made me look tired all the time, I hated the crease in the middle. I was a little worried about Botox because I've read about droopy eyelids after getting it. But they explained all about that and about everything else I needed to know as a first-timer. No droopy eyelids here. The office was clean and everyone was nice. They were very professional. First impressions are everything, and as someone who works in the medical aesthetic industry, I know how important it is to put your best foot forward and represent your craft.  So when I noticed that I was developing jowls, exaggerated facial wrinkles, lacking energy, experiencing brain fog, gaining weight in my abdomen, and had a diminished libido I knew that I was likely experiencing perimenopause and needed answers. I met with Dr. Smith and discovered that my hunch was correct! I came in on a Saturday morning with Heather. Heather went through the basics of botox/dysport and my medical history. She reviewed the typical "frown" and "shocked" face lines & then marked where she was planning on injecting. Even through Dr. Smith was not in the office that day, what I really enjoyed about Youthful Solutions is receiving the final approval by Dr. Smith, who runs the clinic. I had a great experience at youthful solutions! Heather Weltner worked on my forehead with botox and I received excellent results! I look seriously 10 years younger, my forehead has been a problem area for a long time and they also had the foresite to treat my crowsfeet slight lines to get ahead of those becoming deep and raise my eyebrow with the procedure. It all started when first saw an ad on Facebook for a hydrofacial and botox.... The hydrofacial with a lovely lady, Emily? (Sorry) was very effective, my skin looked incredible. Then...I meet Tara, the savvy NP who does fillers and things of that kind. She's hands-down my favorite medical professional I've encountered. She's got everything! A witty personality, a steady hand, and the skills that make the clock turn back time...on your face that is. I started with dysport, decided to upgrade my face a bit more with tear trough fillers. I came back for Juvaderm in my cheeks to support my undereyes. My face looks full of life again and I didn't even need a touch up. She knocked it out if park the first time. This was just the worst experience I've ever had. Crazy thing is, I never write bad reviews, ever. But since I was treated so badly, by such rude inexperienced staff, got no results, and just lost $300, I guess free speech on platforms like Yelp to serve as a cautionary tale is the only recourse some of us have. If I can at least save 10, 20, or hopefully a lot more innocent people from coming to this place, then at least my awful experience wasn't for nothing. (Funny enough I see here some great reviews, but if you look after just the first page their 5 star reviews are all for a completely different weight loss business. Fake reviews, or at least not for this medispa! See for yourself and check, I guess Yelp let's bad businesses get away with this) I'll keep this short because I've lost enough time & nerves on this horrible place. I have been getting Botox at real spas (with actual licensed nurses/physicians) for a year now & have always had great or at least good results. I know things don't always take the first time, I get it. You won't always get 100% perfect results, of course I know & understand that. That's why there's always a 2 week follow up appointment where if the results weren't 100% the first time, they correct it, & make sure you are happy on the follow up (and are at least super nice to you throughout the process!) Not at this place. Initial appointment I asked the injector Caitlin/Cat if I should go for 60 units. She said 'you definitely don't need that much, 40-45 units will be enough because it's not that severe', so I went with my usual 40 units (I've only had 40 units done in the past & have always been happy with that). 2 weeks go by, no results not even a slight improvement. I've always had at least 80-90% results all my previous times, but no results at all? No idea what she injected me with but I should have seen at least a small result. I come back to my follow up appointment 2 weeks later, with visibly no results. She was immediately hostile & defensive, like "I did my best, you should have gotten 60 units" I never criticized or complained, I just asked if she could correct it so I see results. She wasted 30 minutes talking over me, intimidating me in the rudest way explaining 'the way botox works' instead of helping the situation, maybe coming up with a solution, when all I asked was to fix/correct it because I just want results. I don't need a rude google tutorial on botox, I just need and want results please. Unreal experience. Unreal. I never came back here upset or with any attitude or implying that she "didn't do a good job", simply that I (kind of) wanted results, asking what we needed to get done to correct and fix it. I just wanted results and was willing to pay for more treatment. Completely rude and unprofessional people. Either inexperienced, bad or low grade/diluted product/botox, or just sub par work (or all the above). Just avoid this place at all costs, don't try to save money or get a discount or a Groupon, for cheap unprofessional places like this with injectors that are not fully licensed or need medical/professional supervision to work on you. Stay away from this place, do yourself a favor and go look up a 1,000 other medical spas that are safer, better, nicer and more professional, that will actually take good care of you and do great work. read more

I'm not one to typically write reviews but being that I work in the aesthetic industry, I felt compelled to share my experience. I went to Youthful Solutions for Botox which I have been getting for several years at a different provider in California. I had my consult with Julia and we discussed she would do a total of 30 units as I still had some residual from my previous treatment. I even shared with her a copy of my patient record at my previous provider showing her that I typically get 48 units. Upon checkout my bill was over $600. I have never paid remotely close to that. After leaving I wrote an email to the office questioning why the charge was so high. I was told I received 70 units and upon them reviewing my chart they said it was actually 66 units that I received eventhough I was billed for 70 (how many other people do you chart incorrectly?) No idea how 30 units all of a sudden turned into 66 or 70 so I requested the office manager Vicki to contact me. She asked for a couple days to review my chart and told me she would get back to me the following Tuesday which I said ok to. No response on Tuesday, no response on Wednesday. She finally responds over a week later (terrible customer service and follow up) telling me I got 66 units. I explained again that I have never gotten remotely close to that many units and I didn't even do full face and that's not even close to what was discussed in my consult. This is Super shady tactic that I have seen in the industry. They tell you one thing during a consult and then went you get to the front to pay your bill, it's a completely different story. Why even do a consult if you are just going to do whatever you want anyways. Only giving 2 stars because the front desk lady was nice. The rest of my experience was incompetence and bad customer service. There are so many places locally that offer Botox and aesthetic procedures. Go to someone honest that actually cares. This place is GOLD. I had been searching around for a reputable place up north, and I came across this awesome MediSpa! I'm 26 and have crows feet when I smile, and I was SO over it. So I went ahead and jumped on their $159 special for 50 units of dysport because well I'm not getting any younger... and I am SO happy with my results! I'm on day 5 after having the injections and my crows feet are GONE. I believe my injectors name was Ashley, very sweet and VERY informative, one of those types of people that seems like they really enjoy their job and spreading knowledge onto others! Where to begin: 1. made appointment, received texts to confirm EVERY DAY even though I had confirmed Like they didn't know what they were doing. 2. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked if we downloaded the paperwork. We were never told to do this. She then made us open an on line account and do all on our phones right there. How about telling us in the first place or giving us papers to speed up the process? 3. The 'nurse' then took us into a consult room and began her long diatribe about the procedure. Unfortunately, no real explanation of what was to happen, just what post procedure recovery was like. No before/ after pictures to show us examples. She pulled up something off her personal phone and handed it to us. What?! She was not listening to us at all and we felt she didn't like us. Weird. then was quoted an outrageous price for an upgraded procedure. Then was told we can get our money back if we wanted. Terrible from the get go.
