Don't go to this place, they do a horrible job. I asked for a full set acrylic with a classic French tip (very simple and easy). The lady who did my nails did them so thick and the French tip was half way down my nail. When I asked for them to be fixed she said that's the best I can do its because of your nail beds. So I went to another Solan and had them fixed so her telling me it's not possible was a lie. read more

This is my second time to Beverly and my last. I got the gel manicure on a Tuesday and Thursday it was chipping. Second the color didn't match my toes either. So when I went back on Thursday to have them redo, there were three more people coming back for redoes. I'm sorry I'm very busy don't have time to spend my week in a nail salon. Also, the manager who did my redo had cut the side of my pinky finger. As of Sunday it is still killing me. Very sloppy work. read more

Beverly Nails is a hidden gem. The salon is extremely clean and they have a wide selection of dip powder, gel color and regular color polishes (including OPI, Essie, and other name brands). I have been getting my acrylic nails refilled here with gel polish and I have been very happy with the results each time. The work is extremely neat and they can get you in and out within an hour. I haven't done a pedicure here yet but I am planning to soon because the chairs look very nice! I am giving this 4/5 stars only because I had a weird customer service issue the first time I visited the salon. The first nail tech I had was very pushy with me about what she thought I should do with my nails. I think it might have been a clash in personality between us and my nails still came out looking fabulous and lasted for over 2 and a half weeks before they started to look worn down. I'm not positive, but it seems like this is a new salon to the area. If there are any issues with customer service, etc. I'm willing to chalk it up to the place being new. I will be going back to this salon soon! Other notes: they strongly prefer cash and have a no-fee ATM right in the shop. The salon is also next to a Dunkin' so you can grab a drink while you relax and get your nails done. :) read more

I had a dip manicure, and although it looked great when I left, less than 24 hours later, the dip polish on one of my nails chipped and broke off. I went back the next day and they fixed it for no charge, and also offered to fix all of the other nails because you could see that the polish was too thin at the top of my nails. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to do it that day and the following day, another nail broke. I let it go, and when I returned a few weeks later for a new dip manicure, I was told by Hannah that I complained too much and she refused me service. I had been going to this salon for over a year and never had a problem so I assumed that the one manicure I received was just a bad one, or may it was the Polish. It happens. But to be treated so rudely is unacceptable and I will never return. read more

I've been to this salon many times and have had some not so great experiences until I found Jenny. I called at 10:30 am and asked if Jenny had any openings. I was told she could take me at noon. I showed up a few minutes early, picked out a polish, and was told to sit in her chair. I waited for over 25 minutes before the owner's wife, Hannah, told me she would do my nails since Jenny had just arrived and started someone else's pedicure. Because I was on my lunch hour, I agreed. Big mistake! I went into the salon with long nails and came out with extremely short nails. Hannah laughed when she finished and said you told me you wanted long nails but I kept filing. Ironically during the appointment she was trying to get me to see other people besides Jenny. I told her I hadn't had good experiences with anyone else there. She said I should schedule with her since she was really good. Meanwhile she was so preoccupied with speaking her other language to everyone else, she forgot what I wanted and I ended up with no nails at all. I went in because I had an event this weekend and wanted my nails to look good. Unfortunately, they look anything but good. She knew I wasn't happy and didn't even offer a slight discount. She just told me to come back and see her in two weeks. Not a chance, Hannah, not a chance. read more

Always rushing nails should be cheaper if they are going to be this messed up. Take time for costumers and you would probably be a better business. We understand that nails take time so we are going to wait. Stop rushing and messing up people's nails. File them right and maybe you'll get 2 stars. read more

I go to this place every 2-3 weeks to get a gel manicure. The techs there are so open to helping you, although they do like to rush you (but honestly you will find that just about any nail salon you go to). They are kind & try to get to know you, which I appreciate. I will continue to go back! read more

I should have trusted the reviews and not come here. The workers are rude and clearly rush your nails. I don't think I've ever had a worse manicure, the shapes of my nails are all uneven and the paint job is streaky. The man doing my nails was very unfriendly and said "I'll look like I'll have no nails" after I told them I needed them short for work. Will never come back and will tell others the same ! Literally worst nail salon i've been to in my whole life, my nails turned out so bad and where rushed the whole time. I had originally asked for a pedicure, and she had just painted my nails and I was fine with that, but she insisted on me getting a pedicure like the other people I went with after I had said no many many times. This is the place I always go to to get my nails done. The place is very clean and everyone is nice. They do a great job on nails and this is the only place I trust to wax my eyebrows as they are always gentle and I never break out from their wax. Their prices are fitting with the rest of the salons around and they also provide free water bottles, clean bathrooms, and a no fee ATM as there is a discount when paying in cash. I will continue going there and will recommend it to others as well! read more

If I had the choice to give any lower of a 1 star rating I would....went there for the first time today and ended up with nails with with a fingerprint of the girl checking if they were dry...then when the girl did my waxing I end up with my face being burnt....my face had 2 big red blotches...I had to stop the girl halfway....on top of all of this they still charged me for the wax and didn't apologize... I recently visited Beverly Nails for a pedicure and full set of acrylics with gel polish ive been there plenty of times but this is the first time I'm writing a negative review. The pedicure was great I'm not sure what the girls name was but she did a fantastic job. Now to the not so good part-I sit down to get my nails done now by this girl who I recognize from Ruby's Nail Salon (a technician ive seen in the past and left disappointed after getting my nails done) and thought maybe I'll give her another shot boy was I wrong. She went to put already pre shaped coffin nails on me that automatically struck me as cheap, lazy and unprofessional. You can get a box of those at Walmart for $10. I've always had the tips put on and then cut to be coffin shape and then filed to shape them more but I guess not with this technician. It has been a week since I have gotten my nails done and literally all of my acrylics have popped off because of the cheap tips she put on my nails what a waste of money. She also rushed and wasn't pleasant at all during my service she's the reason I left Ruby's and I guess why I won't be stopping by Beverly for awhile read more
