Everytime I go into this location I'm always greeted and welcomed with great customer service!

The Bev is trying too hard to be everything to everyone and should focus more on liquor. They have everything a convenience store would have...a couple isles dedicated to the stuff. But the bourbon section is less than HALF of what Total Wine has. I go in for the liquor essentials which is all they have. If you want a real liquor store, go to Liquorama in Upland. read more

Stopped in for a couple of items & was immediately greeted & told about the BOGO for 5 cent sale on the front table. I was really surprised to see that Angels Envy & Luc Belaire were included in this amazing deal. I was able to stock up for an upcoming graduation party. The manager at this location is miserable! She should not be the example for anyone! I've been in there twice recently and "helped" by her. The first time she showed me the wrong product and when I told her that it wasn't what I was asking for her response was well that's all we have! Another employee tried to help after she saw me trying to find something similar on my own. I ended up finding it at another BevMo location. The second visit,It had been 17 days and I had mixers I needed to return and even though I had a screenshot of my receipt she gave me such a hard time scolding me about it being unacceptable for trying to return it after a month and next time to bring in the printed receipt. I walked out realizing the cashier didn't give me the return receipt she handed me a reprint of the original. She again now scolds me after seeing the original that I need to return items where I purchased them and I wasnt allowed to have that receipt! The one the cashier gave me! Meanwhile behind me is a man waiting with at least $1000 or more worth of alcohol on one of those flat carts but instead of helping him she'd rather stand over the cashier and badger me over a $50 return! I'll continue to drive to a further BevMo just to avoid her! read more

Disappointed and Uncomfortable Experience I visited BevMo on June 7th about 40 minutes before closing, and what started as a normal shopping trip quickly turned uncomfortable. Initially, everything seemed fine--one of the employees, a short woman with black hair and a larger build, asked if I needed help. I appreciated the gesture and politely declined. A few minutes later, she approached again, which I found a bit excessive, but I again said I was okay as I was simply looking for ingredients to make mojitos. However, it soon became clear that she was following us aisle to aisle. At one point, we accidentally ran into each other at the end of an aisle, and her startled reaction confirmed she had been tailing us. It felt like we were being watched as if we were doing something wrong, which was unsettling and unnecessary. She even confronted my girlfriend's sister, who was shopping separately and had asked a simple question about alcohol-based chocolates. After grabbing the item, the employee randomly told her she couldn't take it to the bathroom--even though she never said she was going to the bathroom in the first place. To make matters worse, the elderly male cashier checking us out had a rude and irritated attitude, making an already uncomfortable visit even worse. The lack of professionalism from multiple employees was disappointing. Definitely not the experience I expected or deserved. read more

Great selection & deals! To be honest, I've been here once to find the specific IPA I've been searching for, but my eyes got distracted by all the different variety of drinks this BevMo store has in stock. As I walked around the store checking out the shelves and the kind of brands they carry, the store was spotless! Very organized and clean, it was easy to find what I was looking for. At the time I didn't have a membership card to receive a discount, but the gentleman who scanned my items gave me the discount anyway. Yeah the reviews are bad for a reason. Waited in line for like 15 min with only 2 people ahead of me.

Exchanged an empty keg for a new keg. Service by Scott at this location was terrible. I asked what is available, he said I don't know, go to back and check and then just let him know what I want. Then I had to find him in the store to have him get the keg I wanted. It appears he hates his job and ornery towards customers. Worst service I have experienced at a BevMo. I wish I could give Scott negative stars for his poor customer service and attitude! Avoid Scott at this store!!! read more

Went in to purchase a specific bottle which online it stated they had more than 20 units available. When I went in, they said they didn't have that item anymore even though their website said differently. Met two of the most incompetent, unprofessional, staff members at this BevMo. Went in to buy a soda (ginger beer) which is non-alcoholic , got to the register and the guy asked for my identification, I told him it's a soda, he continued to ask for my I.D which he continued to call his manager, who came immediately without trying to understand the situation asked for my I.D as well. I asked him if I were to buy coke would they ask for my my I.D? His response was as long as you are buying anything at BevMo we can ask anyone for their I.D. These two staff members insisted on my I.D like it was a matter of life and death and mind you I've bought the same ginger soda at the same location several times and never asked for my I.D. This BevMo should be able to train their staff on fundamentals of when to ask for I.D. Worst experience ever dealing with those two staff members who seemed to be focused on trying to be right by arguing with me in-front of other customers to justify their incompetence and ignorance. read more

This is my local BevMo. I stop in here roughly once a week for beer. Today I was denied service due to my drivers license being expired a few weeks ago.... ON MY 44TH BIRTHDAY! Look I get it, policy is policy and technically my license is a few weeks out, but come on. I have a child that is of drinking age FFS! In no world do I look like I might be 20 years old! I didn't raise a fuss, I just left. But I will never give them another cent. For what it's worth, I have been in two other times since my license expired on my birthday and was not denied service. read more

We are usually already in the shopping center when we stop by BevMo, but I come here whenever I want a variety of beverages. They don't always have the bottle I want, but I appreciate their beer selection. I also enjoy the Bundeberg sodas like the guava and orange blood flavors! The staff is always helpful and the facility is very clean. The only thing is please make sure to check the expiration dates on the mixers!!!! I've bought from here and got home with over 3 month expired products. Totally a buzz kill. They obviously take them back it's just a hassle. I placed an online order and realized I was missing items from my order when I went to pick it up. I spoke with STACEY when I arrived and she was very rude and didn't not want to help. She kept trying to walk away, said you need to call our office if you want a refund. All I wanted was what I ordered. And she refused to give me what I ordered even though I was already charged. What's not to love that has tastings on Saturdays, wines from all over the world, and five cent wine sale? You don't need to answer because that was a rhetorical question. there is no reason not to love BevMo! On this visit I picked up a couple of bottles of wine (of course that's nothing new), but I specifically came in for some craft beers for a few guests I was having over. I was able to get several types of cider a reasonable price but the truth find of the day was a blonde ale from Wychwood Brewery called Wychcraft. This one was out of England and had a hoppy, citrusy taste, but remained very light. It was a great find for the day. Additionally I picked up a Washington gold hard cider, out of Chelan Washington and it was beautifully Crisp and flavorful and maintained the actual apple flavor. All these little finds that can make a day better Is exactly the reason why Bev Mo deserves all five stars. read more

Best customer service ever. I just bought a beautiful 12 pack of some racer 5 and literally dropped it a second after I bought it. I felt so terrible, but the employees there were so kind and thoughtful and considerate they replaced my beer for me even though it was solely my mistake! It made my whole night. This is our go-to BevMo because it's the closest to our house. It has friendly staff who always try to assist you throughout the store if you have any questions about their many liquors. The prices are competitive if you compare them to grocery stores and other nearby liquor stores. Make sure you sign up for a BevMo card because you could very well be saving nearly 25% on your purchase, and who wouldn't want that?! read more

Every wine we bought here cost more than Total Wine! If you shop at least one dozen of wine per week like us, you'd better check the price before you buy. They do match the price, but attitude is nasty! I understand asking price match every time is a pain for both us and the store. But $4 more per bottle is a lot when you buy 24 bottles by weekly basis! The only reason we keep going back is location. But not any more. We will not buy wine from this store any more! read more

Manager by the name of Corey is young and full of testosterone. Noah called him over to get an answer regarding a case that was charged in a broken down six packs for the SKU and he came in condescending and rude and before I could even talk, told me I don't know what to tell you, the SKU comes up as a six pack. It is what it is, Before I could even talk. I reiterated that talking to him wasn't going to solve much because he didn't understand customer service. The reason I said that is because while I was in there, two lines were formed I was in Corey's line and there was another line for Noah station. The gentleman proceeded with his check out and before I can get up to the checkstand, Corey walked away and just started stacking lunchables, I waited for about five minutes and I realized he wasn't going to come back and finish the transactions so I went to Noah's line and by that time seven people who were behind me were now in front of me...that's when I said Noah wasn't much help. He got red and got angry and told me to get the hell out of his store and take my restaurant business elsewhere that he did not need it and I wasn't going to talk to him like that mind you I was very quiet and speaking low and he was yelling at this point getting the attention of everybody in there due to Corey's anger issues the line began to form longer and customers began to get more bothersome and anxious as they could till the tension was rising in the facility. Noah stood there, embarrassed of her coworker and said I'm sorry I don't know what to do. I said, well do I need to call or a manager to process this transaction you already rang up or can I pay and leave? That's when a kind gentleman by the name of Scott intervened, and processed my transaction and apologize for Coreys behavior. While Scott was processing my transaction, Corie was pacing back and forth, clearly bothered that I was still in his store, which other customers in the store started to feel the tension along with myself. Like everyone and anyone no one likes to be disrespected, nor disrespected in public and definitely not in front of a group of people and that's exactly what Corie's intention was to try to belittle me and to get me to walk out the store and him having his way not acceptable for a business. Love this store and all the employees!! I had a little issue with one of the products I purchased and they were quick to help me resolve it.

Not knowing your policies it would be nice for the employees to explain the process a little better for covid 19 and curb site service only and that you are not allowed in the store. We are there to spend money and keep the employees employed and instead of being friendly and courteous you have a rude young gentleman at the door greeting people. Simple communication and costumer service training would be nice. I will be taking my business elsewhere from this pint forward. read more

More types of every kind of drink then you could ever ask for. Prices are all over the place, which narrows down the choices a bit. I get whatever is on sale this week and so get to try different things over time. Joining their rewards program also saves a few bucks.
