Before me, two customers were purchasing alcohol, so she asked for their IDs as required. One of them apparently was 24 but did not have his ID, so the sale was rightfully declined. Then came my turn. I went to purchase my margarita mix, which contained NO alcohol. The cashier called a manager over for an ID check. The manager then told me they could not sell me the product because I had spoken to the two customers ahead of me. Excuse me? I am a grown-ass man who came into the store by myself, paid for my own items, and have never had an issue shopping here before. Apparently, having a conversation with another customer now means you somehow become responsible for their purchase. I left feeling like I was being unfairly profiled and discriminated against based solely on the fact that I interacted with the people ahead of me. If there was a legitimate store policy preventing the sale, I would have appreciated someone explaining it clearly instead of making assumptions. Apparently, my money isn't good here because I said hello to the wrong people. If you shop here, apparently the safest strategy is to keep your head down, don't speak to anyone, and definitely don't interact with anyone purchasing alcohol. You never know when the cashier or manager will decide you're suddenly part of their transaction. I have shopped here without problems before, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I saw that they had some deals through the app so I decided to order. Unfortunately, the Dasher called me saying that they were withholding my order because the prices weren't matching on their end so I asked them if they could go ahead and cancel. It's not something that I could technically do on my end but it's something that the store would have to do on theirs so I would receive full refund. The Dasher called me and said that he was going to let the order go because the person inside was refusing to help or answer any questions at all. And this is basically where all went downhill ...even more. I called the store and the worker told me that he couldn't tell me why and he doesn't know why and that he's not gonna be able to fulfill my order so I said that's fine but I need you to go ahead and refund me my money and he said that he didn't know how to do that and that he was unable to do that. Once he had mentioned that it's his second day on the job I was trying to have some compassion so I asked him if he could please get into contact with somebody that would be able to help him out so we can get a solution because my order was just pending and it kept sending Dashers to the same store and he was refusing to give me anything. No answers, no refunds literally nothing. So i call again and ask them to PLEASE cancel so i can move on with my life he goes i already told you im new i cant help you. THEN i can hear him on another phone with the owner saying tell her she can come down to get the refund. Now why would I go down there over a DoorDash order to physically get a refund face-to-face when it's as easy as pushing a button. So at this point, I'm getting ready to leave to get my refund and I see on the app that they had canceled my alcohol bottles leaving only a nonalcoholic chaser to be picked up. So my thought is now that if you can cancel the three bottles, why are you unable to cancel the entire order so I called back for the third time and ask them if they can cancel the entire order not just the three bottles because there is no purpose of a Dasher picking up chasers without alcohol. At this point, the worker had lost his cool with and so had I since this was nothing but frustration on BOTH rnds, he goes again for the third time I told you I'm not gonna help you and I cannot help you. I already told the owner what I told him and now it's out of my hands and he told me to never call again and that he was refusing help completely. I ended up having to contact DoorDash and get on the phone with them and explain the whole situation to get my cancellation in order. Overall, this experience was about 45 minutes long after the first refusal and a complete waste of time it definitely could have been avoided. I suggest either getting off DoorDash or properly training to help people in these situations. Seeing how the owner was part of the problem and offered zero assistance i definitely will not be returning and repeating this to my locals. Ended up at Bennys up the street gave us a deal as always ! Also to the new guy good luck i hope you find some patience or better problem solving skills.
