Dan offered to help us and he tried the first time we went in and asked questions about an outdoor kitchen as well. He starts off with he is not the expert on outdoor kitchen appliances and basically just reads the signs to you. We picked out what we wanted and sat down to get an estimate with Dan. I questioned his numbers and he ensured me it was correct and I continued to question it and I was correct. He entered the wrong sku and if I wouldn't not have said a word we would have paid double for what we didn't even ask for. We asked about the grill coming with everything we need and he assured us it did. Well..... you guessed it, the hose that connects the grill to the natural gas spicket that was already built in to the home does not come with the grill. I called Metro Appliance back and spoke with the expert who had to call the Blaze rep and call me back and was not giving me the correct information for what I was asking. I called Blaze myself to get the answers I need. Metro Appliance does not sell what you need to go with the grill so I ordered it off of Amazon for the win and it will be here in a day. If I never have to walk in this store again I would be a very happy camper. The attitude you get from the gentleman sitting at the desks when you first walk in and the lack of effort or interest to assist is unacceptable.

Only one or two times, over the years, have we not come back and purchased the appliance from this place. Our induction cooktop still works after 10 years and this place had the best deal for the exact cooktop we wanted. The cooktop had faulty wiring when installed and Appliance Solutions helped us work with the manufacturer to get a replacement, free of charge. Washers and dryers have all been great and Appliance Solutions has had the best prices on those over the years as well. Installations have been easy and done well. Carting off old appliances has also been an easy task when using Appliance Solutions. Our absolutely awful Frigidaire Gallery appliances, purchased at a competitor, we are still salty about. But that is our absolutely sh*t "contractor's" doing. He is the worst but Appliance Solutions is the best!
