We've been purchasing appliances from this joint since it was the Maytag store. We always come here first then shop around for comparison prices and such like. Only one or two times, over the years, have we not come back and purchased the appliance from this place. Our induction cooktop still works after 10 years and this place had the best deal for the exact cooktop we wanted. The cooktop had faulty wiring when installed and Appliance Solutions helped us work with the manufacturer to get a replacement, free of charge. Washers and dryers have all been great and Appliance Solutions has had the best prices on those over the years as well. Installations have been easy and done well. Carting off old appliances has also been an easy task when using Appliance Solutions. Our absolutely awful Frigidaire Gallery appliances, purchased at a competitor, we are still salty about. But that is our absolutely sh*t "contractor's" doing. He is the worst but Appliance Solutions is the best! read more

We are very happy with the service we received. The sale representative , Sam spent time discussing the different name brands. He was very helpful in answering our questions. He listened to the features that I wanted on the dishwasher and did not try to push me into a more expensive model. The dishwasher was delivered the next day on time by Derek. He was very friendly. Place the machine and asked if he could do anything. He made sure we had the hook up hoses and briefly gave instructions on how to install since we were not ready for installation. read more

I have purchased two appliances from Appliance Solutions. A front load washer in 2020 and a front load dryer in 2023. The sales folks are always extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I have needed 2 service calls for a leaky washer, both under warranty so they didn't cost me anything. The first service guy came out and didn't really inspect the washer or run it. He just said there was dog hair on the seal that I needed to keep cleaned off. Granted there were about 20 dog hairs on the seal, which I thought was ridiculous if that kept the seal from functioning on a $900 washer. But I took his word for it and cleaned the seal thoroughly after every load. Didn't help. About a year later I had enough of the leaking and called out another service guy, Matt. Matt went through the effort of running a cycle to watch what was happening and immediately discovered two major tears in the seal, a much more reasonable explanation! He fixed that after the part came in and I have had no problems since. Thanks Matt! From a delivery/install stand point, the first delivery (a front load washer) was by Jose. He had a bit of an attitude because he wasn't expecting to have to place the washer on pedestals, but after I showed him the work order, where this request was clearly written out at time of sale, he calmed down a bit and did a nice job of installing. It would have been nice if he had read the delivery orders ahead of time and refrained from giving a customer attitude. The second installation (front load dryer) was this year, by Jay, who did a wonderful job with communication, installation, and delivery. Overall, I'd give 5 stars for sales, 5 stars for Matt in service and Jay in delivery, and 4 stars for the first service guy (for a bit of laziness in not really assessing the leak) and 4 stars for Jose due to some unnecessary attitude. I wish there were a 4.5 star rating on Yelp but there isn't. I rounded up to a 5, because my overall experience was better than 4. I will definitely use Appliance Solutions again as the two negative issues I had are easily corrected with a little bit of coaching to specific staff members for professionalism. read more

The one star (and mostly older) rating here really surprise me. I've purchased from Appliance Solutions multiple times in the last 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences. We remodeled my mother's kitchen 2 years back and she bought a new dishwasher, microwave and oven from them and has been very happy with the purchase. The sales people were very friendly and helped her find something that had all the features she was looking for that was in her price range. The delivery team did a great job and happily hauled off the old appliances and took care in installing the new ones. They even came back a few weeks later to help us make sure the dishwasher was balanced after it had been moved during the remodel for no charge or fee. More recently, I've used them to purchase a refrigerator for a new house and they, again, were friendly and helpful. The delivery team did a really impressive job getting the fridge in to the house through some tight spaces without bumping the walls or door frame despite the limited room to maneuver. And when I need some help adjusting one of the French doors a few days later, I called the store and they immediately scheduled someone to come help me (with no extra charge or service fee) get it set the way I wanted and show me to how to handle it if I wanted to reposition it again later. I've only had nothing but pleasant interactions with the people that I've dealt with throughout our several purchases and will definitely do business with them again. read more

I would give zero stars! Worst customer service!!! We purchased and they installed a busted dishwasher. It began to leak water into our garage. They came out to "fix" the problem and they needed to order a part. We pulled the dishwasher out ourselves only to find that the top was cracked and looked like it had been dropped. My husband called them every week trying to get information on when they were going to fix this. We finally had to buy a new dishwasher because it took them over 6 months to fix it. They would not even consider just giving us a new one when this was clearly a problem on their end. The techs were nice but their customer service is crap! Don't waste your time and money. We do have a rebuilt dishwasher if anyone wants to buy it! read more

I have always had a great experience with Appliance Solutions, but that all changed with a delivery today. The delivery man griped the whole time. He didn't like the size of the laundry room. Then he told me that I had to sweep and mop in a very domineering tone. He said that he wouldn't install the machine and yelled at me. He tried to demand that I get on my hands and knees to reach inside the vent. I was very uncomfortable and asked him to leave. I am definitely never doing business with them again. read more

BEWARE. Worst service experience ever. Vernon came out to look at our refrigerator because our ice maker stopped working. Also asked him to hook up the water line as we had just moved. He read on his phone for 15 mins, pushed the test button on the ice maker and then told us it would be $421 to replace it. I asked what was wrong with it and he says they burn up. Okay, how much to hook up the water line. He says $201 for parts and labor!!! I tell them no thanks. Still have to pay the $99 service (I understand the need to charge customers this). I replaced the connection hose in 4 mins with a $14.99 hose. These practices are robbery. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

We were billed for a $99 service call for some guy to come out and look at the washer and look some things up on google and YouTube to then say it would be more to fix it then it's worth. It was a mid grade Whirlpool that was 14 months old... the man didn't even move or touch the machine. Complete waste of time and resources for us to leave the office to come home and be told what Google's opinion was. Will never do business with Appliance Solutions again. read more
