Enrique came out to my house today and did a fantastic job. I had used Beyer Carpet cleaning about 3 years ago and they did a fantastic job then. I hadn't had my carpets done since then and needless to say that they were in desperate need of a clean. I had one room that needed pet treatment and it's a completely different room now. Enrique was kind, courteous, patient, and thorough. When I was vacuuming my house before the cleaning, my vacuum cleaner stopped working and I had to borrow my neighbor's. It put me behind schedule. Our carpet was full of stains thanks to lit little dachshund. I mean it literally looked like a cheetah floor with all the spots. They came by early (our window was 10am-12pm) the guy arrived by 10:30. He did the most amazing job and was very informative with what we should do after he left. He told us to wait until the carpet completely dry before putting any furniture back or the bottom woods pieces of the furniture would stain the carpet. Also reminded us to be careful on the stairs as some people have slipped from the wet carpet. I will definitely use this company again for another clean before I move out of this house. The first person I spoke to regarding service was Josh and he was very helpful and spent time with me on the phone explaining the process to me. He also answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was being bothersome to him. I did read several reviews before calling Beyer and I have to agrees that they do excellent work. The technician Eli came to the home and walked the entire home to me and explained the process. He also provided me with the total coast of the service before starting the job.
